I booked with Kerri on a Saturday morning. From the time I walked in the energy was light and comfortable. Kerri welcomed me as soon as I walked in and was ready for me. When I called, I asked for a stylist level II, or II. This was something I didn't do before at other salons - and ended up with $75 haircuts. Lesson Learned! My stylist, Shae, did a phenomenal job. From the moment I walked in to the salon, I was greeted by friendly faces, given great service, and they even gave me a "new customer goody bag" that included some travel sized shampoo and conditioner, along with coupons. As far as my experience I came in on a Sunday/Tuesday I think I'm not quite sure but the woman that was working that day, Tina, was the only one there and she said she was actually too busy to do my eyebrows but I told her I wouldn't mind waiting since she had another customer coming in the next 15 minutes that had to be processed for a dye job and that she could do them while her customer was processing. We will start off by saying that the manager here isn't even a colorist, so her imput was purely a…read morelie! My stylist was new to the salon but assured me she was experienced and could do what I asked for another lie! Spent 4 hours in this place being faced away from the mirror and was only turned around to see the mess once completed. The wrong tonner was used, and the color wasn't achieved when I questioned it. She tried to explain but couldn't see what was wrong and went to get the manager who tried to convince me that it looked like the picture upon calling the senior stylist over who agreed with me my ash blonde was infact gray. Once I had the detox shampoo done, I left and was advised to come back the next day, hoping it would be resolved. I'm not 100% happy. I have all kinds of blonds going through my hair, which had endless excuses of how many shades of ash there are, but that was discussed but not delivered then they tried to blame it on the toner I mean I wasn't born yesterday the excuses they tried to pull on me where embarrassing all because they couldn't handle criticism. Paid up couldn't take anymore. My stylist kept trapping my feet in the chair and, 1 time, even laughed the shampoo area, which is poorly planned, meant she couldn't even wash my hair properly. I had toner all over me, and I was soaked. My haircut is so bad I have to go to another salon because I've lost my trust in this establishment.
