She carefully listened to what I wanted and made thoughtful suggestions of her own. In the end, I got the exact cut I wanted (no "accidentally" going too short like I've had at other salons) and gentle highlights that looked natural on my blonde hair. No reason to look elsewhere when I need a cut or color again in the future! Then, luckily, I met Jocelyn! I'd never had my lashes tinted or lifted, and I decided to give it a go. This is very popular back in Texas and in other larger cities, but Melbourne hasn't picked up on this as much. Jocelyn is one of the few in the area that do it! I am so glad I did! My blonde lashes are literally invisible. Which means I ALWAYS have to wear mascara if I want to feel put together. But WOW!!! After the tint and lift - I can go au natural and STILL feel beautiful! Not to mention how fun it is to have your own lashes look long and sexy - without having to resort to gluing something on. When I was leaving that appt I mentioned that I like the eyebrow lamination look girls are doing these days, but that I have 90's eyebrows. Her response - I fix 90's eyebrows!! I loved that she said that! And I loved the service and working with her so much on that visit, I decided to come back give it a try. WIN AGAIN! I was so scared I'd look like Groucho Marx, but I don't! I'm so grateful to work with her, I feel like I can trust her. I brushed it off and rescheduled. The following Friday I show up again to receive an oxygen facial (The Groupon was for an oxygen facial purchased at $39) Come to find out they were only willing to deduct the $39 from the entire price of the facial which was about $170. Instead, I looked at their "menu" located at the front reception desk that had all of their services and prices and decided to go with a Micro Derm that was priced at $39. The receptionist explained that it was not a big deal to make the change (meanwhile I will still waiting for Morgan to arrive). The actual micro derm was a pleasant experience, Morgan was up beat and positive and we got along great, which is why this review is somewhat hard to write. When I got to the check out, I was expecting to pay the price of the micro derm that was in the brochure and the price that was confirmed by the receptionist of $39, that matched my Groupon. Morgan swiftly came behind the counter and said, "My Micro-Derms are actually $80." I looked at the receptionist and said, "You told me $39 and it also says $39 right here." The reply from Morgan was "That's the starting price." And the receptionist had to go back and edit the price to fit Morgans $80. I did not receive any special treatment nor did I accept anything special during my procedure when offered. It was clear that she was indeed churning in order to make a quick buck. I decided to review simply because I was mislead and swindled... I was mainly more offended because Morgan did such a great job building re pour that I felt burned and like I just spent the last 30 minutes with a deceptive used car salesman. I didn't mind paying the extra $40, it wasn't about the money, it was about getting taken advantage of. I truly help that this review benefits both Morgan and the spa and that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

My surgery was July of 2025, in which shortly after I had wound healing trouble, my stitch under one side had extreme trouble healing. I did inquire to the dr. More than 3-4 calls of my concern he proceeded to tell me it was normal and would eventually heal. October of 2025 was when it finally completely closed up, I have dated pictures to prove. After this year has passed since my surgery I am very unhappy. My breasts got zero lift from having a lift surgery, and my Reconstruction of the Arreola and nipple are botched looking like a kindergartener did the job. It's not pretty at all. I would highly recommend to you to search Dr. Hess as he has some Law Suits out of the Tampa area for many reasons. I'm extremely upset because I saved to have this done on my own, now I can not afford to fix it and make it look right with the lift I paid for, my boobs are saggy and I would of rather they told me you are not a good candidate for a lift and I would of just done the removal and saved almost half of my 13,000 thousand dollars. I do also believe the main doctor should probably not employ a doctor that has left a town to start in another practice without notifying me or other potential clients before making their decision of his situation.
