I met with Sophia and she spent quite a bit of time understanding how I feel- lots of ambiguous symptoms that have gone on for so long that I couldn't help her figure out any particular triggers. She had me try some herbal broth- which admittedly was scary since it didn't smell or taste too great. She also recommended significant dietary changes- basically giving up all the foods I love and eat all the time. (Sugar, dairy, white carbs....really?!). After a few very challenging days I got into a bit of a routine and when I met with her a week later i could not believe how much better I was already feeling. I continued the broth for a few more weeks and after a while it wasn't that bad. Now it's almost 6 weeks later and I feel amazing! I am no longer addicted to Ambien and I have not taken even one Advil since before thanksgiving. (I took at least one a day Bc I could never shake the nagging headaches. ) It has not been fun giving up my favorite foods!! But she promised me if I tried I would feel better and she was 100% right! I cheat every once in a while (it's the holidays!) and I can absolutely notice the difference in how I feel when I sneak some cookies or treats. It isn't easy but you owe it to yourself to at least try. I am so much more in tune with myself and I'm a lot nicer to be around. Sophia has been a gift to my health and I highly recommend her!

I had planned to go shopping during her extra hour. The massages were excellent from both ladies, absolutely nothing to complain about and we were both in heaven afterwards. We go upstairs to start the facial and do my extra hour of massage. The lady (did my second hour) and boss lady (did my wife's facial) BOTH did amazing work and we loved every minute. On the way out, after increasing my spend there from $300 to $405 I tipped each lady $20 cash ($60) which I based as 20% off my original $300 bill (not the extra $105 added on for the hour I was forced into) the main lady says "only $60 for three workers". I gave her another $20! Overall a very great time, just not cool to downplay a 20% tip after dropping $405. The massage was A+, the atmosphere was an A, and the facial was an A+. We will return.
