The same woman came over and started one of our pedicures while two of us waited. We asked if she was the only one working. She said yes, everyone else had the day off. I asked why she would let me schedule 3 pedicures knowing she was the only person working. She said it was fine she does it all the time. I said, "It's a good thing we didn't have anything to do." We got out of there in 2 hours. NO massage, barely any lotion and the colors choices were very poor. I give it 1 nail out of 10. Will NOT be going back. (And I only went there because my husband bought me a gift certificate)

I love a pedicure where they clean around your full toe nails verses just cleaning under the top of the toe nails. The young man took his time! I wasn't rushed out of the chair even when other people were coming in. He did hot stones, the hot towels, and the hot wax! After being stressed out for weeks, he definitely helped relieve some tension! This place is pretty and clean!!!

After leaving the nail salon earlier this afternoon and getting home to get a closer look at my…read morenails, I am disappointed. I am disappointed it the lack of attention to detail and focus. In my opinion, I should not have to fully examine my nails in the salon before leaving; so I didn't. Then I got home and as every female does, I was admiring them and noticed some imperfections. Don't get me wrong, I am happy with the idea of the design and I felt as if I was well taken care of while in the salon. But the flaws I have found after getting home and getting a closer look are frustrating. For nails like this, which cost me $50, they should be perfect. It all comes down to attention to detail, these errors could have easily been prevented if the ladies were just paying a little more attention.

But it was most definitely the worst pain I've experienced getting my nails done.

Keep in mind this was in the middle of their business hours, not right at opening or at closing. I asked if I could make an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and she said there would be a 40 minute wait (that's not what I asked). I went ahead and went in 40 minutes later, and I walked in and the lights were all off and it was completely empty except for one girl at the desk. No one was working, and there was not one customer. It felt really shady, but I went back into the wax room with her. She was nice, really friendly, but then she took a personal call. Okay, not a big deal, we was done pretty quickly. She was clearly rushed because she got a text from her boyfriends mom saying they were putting their cat down and she wanted my eyebrow lady to get ahold of her boyfriend so he could be there. Already not great. I started wondering how she could see what she was doing, because the lights were all off like I said. She only worked on my brows for maybe 5 minutes total. One strip above each brow, one below, and one in the middle. That's it. Almost no tweezing or anything. Then she handed me the mirror and I couldn't see what my brows looked like because it was dark, so I decided to trust her. She charged me $15 which is more then a lot of places that I have gotten good brow work done at. Then when I got outside and looked in the mirror in my car I was horrified. My brows were two completely different shapes, one was straight as an arrow and the other one was arched. She had waxed off a lot of the top part of one brow and a lot of the bottom part of the other one, so I couldn't even fix it. She left stray hairs EVERYWHERE, and she said she trimmed them, but they were still really long. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
