I have given this pharmacy the benefit of the doubt several times in the past, including when numerous doctors made direct comments about how terrible this particular Walgreens is. This last time I came, two people were literally spending more than 15 minutes talking to someone in the drive through. The Manager wasn't doing anything, and there was a huge line both in store, and the drive through. The manager gave me attitude when I mentioned it was inappropriate to have more than 8 other people waiting while working on a single customer for more than 15 minutes, especially with the pharmacist literally standing there doing nothing. When you have actual physicians telling you how bad this place is, I really should have known better. Use this pharmacy if you want to spend a minimum of 30 minutes picking up your medication every time.

This pharmacy is the worst I have ever been to!!! Why do I get both a text and an email saying my…read moremedications are ready, but when I get there one isn't, and won't be in for 2 days. THEN, they say, "oh, but we have some here, the one that they said will not be ready for 2 days) if you want to wait for it, just make another lap around the building and get back in line (drive thru) we can get it ready for you"?!?! What?!?? If you have it,, FILL IT!! AND DO NOT SEND ME A TEXT AND EMAIL SAYING IT IS READY FOR PICK UP IF ALL OF THE MEDS ARE NOT READY TO PICK UP!!!! Only 1 star because Yelp will not allow me to post without one!

The selection of herbs and loose leaf teas was absolutely impressive. I've got my eyes on a throat soothing tea that I think would be great for the winter.

Now this is my kind of place!!! It is a tea shop that sells real teas -- I live in Austin TX and it…read morereminds me of Zhi tea, but more "apothecary"/old England garden type vibes. The place was POPPING on Friday evening with a long line so I didn't linger but I came back on sat in the AM and it was quiet. If you order tea they do have sweeteners available (monk fruit actually, I had not seen that before!), but they don't do lattes and things of that nature. I was having a stomach ache from eating too much sugar that morning and I got a cup of their peony honeydew tea which I think is new (it was on display when I came in). They prepare the tea bag for you and heat the kettle then you add water and steep your own tea. The flavor was GORGEOUS, I was very very tempted to buy a bag of tea ($12 each I believe) but I had already bought way too much and was trying to travel light - so maybe next time. The cup of tea was $3.50, and it settled my stomach very quickly. The worker who prepped my tea was also super sweet and nice to talk to! And in addition to tea, they did seem to have some other small, gift-y items. I saw a sign advertising afternoon tea as well, and they have large communal tables that invite you to sit and have your tea and study or work or read or just hang around. Overall it's a good thing this tea shop isn't in Austin because I would spend too much money here... it's got such an excellent vibe, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend a drop in to anyone who even remotely likes tea while you're visiting CO springs. It's an absolute gem of a shop :)
