I used to think of the taxi company as a 5 star taxi but not anymore. They went from being pretty reliable to now being somewhat reliable. They used to be really great at answering their phone during their business hours but no so much now. Now they only answer their phone when they feel like it. There was this one time I've called multiple times within a few minute period and each time I've called it went straight to voicemail after the phone rang 5-6 times before going straight to voicemail every time I've called. I said to myself, I'll try once more. The final time I've tried calling a guy picked up and I've said something about no one answering and the guy lied and said "The phone was turned off". If it was turned off well then the phone never would rang once, it would've gone straight to voicemail. I'm upset with him that he did in fact lie to a pretty loyal customer and he knows I'm a pretty loyal customer cause he picks me up often. When he picks me up I would always tip him good. So lying to loyal customers who tips good is a HUGE mistake, that's how you lose them. There were countless times where I would be sitting in his backseat when the phone would ring. He would pick answer and the caller would ask for a cab and the driver would say "I'm sorry but there isn't one available". I'm thinking wow, why is he lying to them? He told me once that there's only around 5 people that he's only wanting (or interested in picking up) and that I was one of them. I think it is because I tip him good and the other 4+ customers most likely tip him as well. He has told me that a few callers filed complaints against him and the boss will be hearing another complaint from me. Time for the boss to fire him and hire a new driver. The company's now losing a loyal customer. Too bad so sad. read more
