I hesitated and began questioning why he needed such a large deposit. He said I insulted him and would not do the job. I told him that now I did not trust him or company and also would not work with them. Too many red flags. My advice is to avoid this company.

This company was contracted by Lowe's to replace my side door. After the original replacement the…read moredoor had gaps in the side that let sun light through. The door wasn't sealed, and often when I shut it I'd return to find it open. They are supposed to be coming back to fix it between 10-12p. They are two hours late as of now. I can only get a hold of their business, not the person coming to my house, and when I call her she calls them and is telling me they are no longer answering her call. I don't even know if they are still coming at this point. Zero communication. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Do not use them if you value communication or time management.
