It came in a month earlier, but either the owner, Jeremy, or his assistant, wasn't satisfied with the finishing. They sent it back for refinishing. Good luck having a large store do that. We love the way the draws close. Very smooth. I'd like to add an additional comment on the dining set, see our previous post. We now use it daily and it cleans beautifully. Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.

When we asked any questions about issues with the order, Jeremy got very defensive and really did not listen. If I would ever need additional furniture, I would seed a different dealer.

They came to clean it up, HOWEVER; they smeared the soiled area all over the carpet. I requested that they return and clean their mess and they have yet done so. As much as I enjoyed their service, I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in how they have cleaned that rug. I am now cleaning it on my own and attempting to retore it without the blotches they left.
