Stopped for gas but they only had 87 octane and my wife's car uses the middle grade 89 octane. The…read moreregular just doesn't burn well. So just went in to use the restroom and grab a drink and a bite to eat. Restrooms were way in the back, single stall and really needed some help. Didn't smell awful but didn't smell pristine either. Went for a fountain soda and it was broke so grabbed a bottle of DP. Also picked up a beef and bean burrito. It looked good but should have passed. There was a gambling machine or two in the back as well but they seem to be having issues as they had it open. Always makes me nervous when it's controlled by the management. Not saying anything was wrong at all, just tht it would be a concern for me.

Live here and i absolutely hate this store. years ago it was one of the nicest and best managed…read morestores in the area. Now it is absolutely filthy and cluttered. The cashiers are so unprofessional. Every time you walk in all the female cashiers are gossiping out loud often about people that you may know. Totally unprofessional and to be honest childish. i've seen less drama from teenage girls than these grown women. Several of my friends husbands refuse to go in there anymore because many of the women are way to flirty. Some of the men cashiers can not speak english well enough to even communicate with customers. Be careful to check dates of products on the shelves because they are often expired, sometimes by years. This is a local store that has totally went down the drain.

The quality of service at this establishment has steadily gone down hill to a point that our…read morebusiness will no longer be using them. I know that this may not seem like such a big deal but I am a local business owner myself and I have utilized this location since 1997 personally and for just over 12 years as a business. After reviewing the online records of this stores annual income and then spending a week with our bookkeeper, we have realized that our expenditures with business have exceeded $320k per year over the last 12 years, spread out across our 35 employees with company credit cards and fueling the 27 non-diesel vehicles in our fleet. This is sad, as we know we can get our fuel cheeper elsewhere but we have always supported local businesses first even at added expense. This decision has been made due to the fact that the employees that work during the late evening/night shifts are constantly busy interacting with their personal friends that come to visit, allow them to park directly in front of the building blocking off access to any of the pumps closest to the building for periods of time exceeding 30-45 minutes, while back logs of customers pile in 12-15 people deep while leaving only one person to work a register while they gossip loudly about everything from the infections they have (and yet they are still handling food and drink items) to talking trash about customers after they walk out the door. The final straw came as I was personally beginning to start the process of filling the tanks on our fleet. It was 12:15 am, there were multiple cars blocking the pumps but not getting fuel (this was obvious by the 6 feet between the vehicles that were unoccupied, but still running, and the fuel pumps), there were exactly 14 customers waiting in line, and only one register was open despite the fact that other employees were present and aware of the situation. On customer had paid for fuel and the clerk processed the payment to the wrong pump. This should have been an easy fix. After 10 minutes of not being able to figure out how to do a simple cancel of transaction and re-entry, the only thing that they could figure out to do was to ask every person with a vehicle at the pumps to move their vehicles around so as to accommodate their inability to do the most basic of tasks at the register..... again, while only one register remained open. Needless to say, EZ Mart ended up getting the $1232.00 in business that night (a bi-weekly event) and I can safely say that this business has lost the $320k+ in yearly revenue that they have received from our company for the last 12 years. Our employees have been notified that we no longer do business with this establishment and to no longer use our company credit cards at this business. With an annualy reported revenue of roughly $2.7 million (according to online accounts claimed by the ownership), it is in my deepest hopes that the loss of 320k+ in annual income from our company being lost will open your eyes to your once loyal customer base that your employees alone have cost you. If things change, you may regain our business. But to be completely honest with you, the issues mentioned within this review are ongoing among multiple employees concerning your evening/night shifts and have been growing steadily over the last year. Thank you for your time and consideration. P.S.- I feel the need to add that you have one employee, a very kind and sweet older woman who's name I know but will not mention, that is the only saving grace of your establishment. You would do very good to model your future employee hiring on her.
