Our toilet over flowed and flooded the house ,so I texted my landlord an they called Stuart Services .Adam came out the next day .He went to work on trying to find the issue , he tried everything . He snaked both sides of the house on top the roof,on the sides of the house .Took my toilet off and tried to snake it but our problem was much bigger .He tried to send a camera down through the pipes but it wouldn't go through .He tried every option but no luck..He thought since all that didn't work its was probably roots in the pipe an it was .So he got the ok from our landlord to dig up the front yard an see what was really going on.. He was right it was roots . In total he worked 4 days on it on the fourth day he finished all the digging and replaced all pipes but Adam and another guy (whom I don't know name) went above and beyond .Adam even took his scissors out and cut all the root out near the pipes .. Adam is very thorough and efficient.. He did an excellent job .He also was clean,trying to clean up all his mess and the flooding that was caused from him trying to find the problem..He is very polite an explained everything he was doing .I will recommend Stuart Service's to everyone I know in need of a plumber and for them to ask for Adam because in my opinion he is great at his job.. I was a disenchanted mess before I contacted Stuart Services. I had water pouring thru my ceiling from my second floor bathrooms and my home warranty company sent out a technician who charged me a service fee after being in my home for less than five minutes and did absolutely nothing! Oh he did tell me that I would need someone to cut into my ceiling to diagnose the problem and of course that wasn't covered by my warranty and even if it was his company didn't do that. I contacted Stuart Services and may god bless Ms. Joy because she constantly and patiently worked with me on a schedule for a matching time for Joshua to come and help me out. See, I'm a disabled retired veteran raising a house full of teenagers, and was stuck at a medical appointment. Ms. Joy continued to make contact with me and reassured me that they were going be available whenever I got home. Sure enough Joshua showed up, gave me written amounts, not estimates, of what he was going to attempt and explained each in great detail. He fixed my problem! My four grandchildren can once again bathe properly and so can I. If I had known about this company prior to paying for a four-year home warranty I most definitely would have saved time, money, and most of all, peace of mind. I needed a new AC system installed for the second floor, and Stuart Services was one of the many companies I contacted for estimates. The visit was informative and helpful in understanding my needs beyond what I had already assumed, and was not full of useless add-ons to raise the quote. Chris R. provided the estimate during the visit, not a few days later via email, and I was shocked at the value. I honestly expected a higher estimate, for some of the considerations of my specific installation needs. I went with Stuart, and when their team arrived for install, they worked efficiently and steadily, getting the job done in one day (they had to return a few days later for a minor item, but my AC was running that night!). The installers, Chris F. and Chris N. and a gentleman that I didn't meet, were respectful and courteous when I spoke with them, and they showed me the work and discussed everything they did. The work areas were also cleaned up, which was nice, as I've seen that area neglected in this sort of labor. We were having terrible problems with our HVAC systems which were failing constantly for no specific reasons. Though small fixes were done in the past (capacitor here, capacitor there, etc), it never seemed to solve the HVAC problems. Why were fairly new systems always breaking down? Yes, we were frustrated. Mike D. came out and listened to the descriptions of the problems we had been experiencing over time. He even called Ed B. out to make sure it was not a generator problem. Mike went under the house and into the attic just looking at everything and found that some systems were not compatible (coils vs compressor units). No one else seemed to look as hard to fix the overall problem. He also went the extra yard to make sure we did not have leaks through the duct work. He also was responsive in reviewing the work of some of the technicians who made some of the repairs and installations. Thanks Mike D. Also, Kudos to Joy. Called for emergency service due to an back flow in the tubs and toilets around 7:45 PM. Received a return call around 8:30 PM. Service technician, Mark, was at our home by 9:10PM. Mark arrived in uniform with a pleasant professional attitude and ready to tackle the job. He quickly ascertained the problem, gave us our estimate, then got on the roof to access the vent stack and begin to solve the problem. Thinking it was solved, we began to flush and run the showers. Unfortunately, one of the two bathrooms was still having issues. Mark went back on the roof without a complaint and started again. Within an hour, our problem pipes were clear. He stuck around for an additional half hour to assure the problem did not recur as did the first time. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. By far the best plumber that has ever come to our home. Thank you for making a difficult night much more pleasant. We loved that he had such a great attitude, even getting called out on a Monday evening. read more

The Inspection was done Accurately, It was done in a Timely Manner and Explained to Perfection! In Addition, Eddie made it Clear, that though the Tentative Repairs were needed; it wasn't Imperative that they be done Right-Away. What was more Impressive; Out of 5 Task to be done; One of them I remembered was Analyzed after Katrina, by a Different Company, Who tried to imply that I had a Serious Problem at hand. Well, I'm just Thrilled that I ignored that person, Because, Today, Eddie detected 5 Task and The Complete Cost for all was Much less, than that which was quoted in 2007, by a Different Company! The first job they did was a weather head replacement. The second time was whole house generator in which they took care of everything from permits to full demonstration of unit totally cleaning job site. This time our plumbing was so old it was crumbling. Rodney and Pablo were here 2 weeks replacing all water lines and main drain and were awesome! They were on time even coming early and staying late until they couldn't see anymore. They were very professional and gave ample warning when water would be cut off. Throughout Rodney explained every thing that was happening and was very knowledgeable. Pablo is a hard worker with a great sense of humor and repaired my phone line which is needed for my heart monitor. Time without water was kept to a minimum. I just finished a kitchen remodel and the contractors used their own electrician. Halfway through the process I told them I wanted my own electrician since I was not satisfied with the quality of work I was receiving. I called Stuart because I know that they don't just do "the minimum required" to pass code. That's like taking a test and only wanting the minimum to pass. I would rather have an "A+" for quality...so I call Stuart. They go above and beyond the minimum to ensure that its done right and will last. Call Stuart for some plumbing work and inspections. Mr. Eddie was out and performed the work needed. He was upfront about checking for possible pipe leaks and explained the work needed to insure there were no leaks thoroughout the house and incoming service. He even pointed out a problem with the fireplace vent and what would be needed to correct that problem with someone else doing the work. Their office was prompt with contacting me about rescheduling my visit due to another emergency they had to attend to. Wasn't sure of the total cost of all the work but don't mind paying a little more for quality work and the one year guarantee on parts and labor, even good if you sell your house before it expires. read more

Did an inspection of current plumbing systems after a thorough discussion of my specific needs as it related to water pressure and volume within the house needed to support a new HE Washer. I was especially impressed by Steven's Professionalism, Technology Knowledge and Communication Skills. He took the time to discuss, in detail, the options available to me and the methods to be used for the remediation. I had lots of questions and got the answers that I needed. I can't say enough good things about Scott M. and, frankly, all the reps from Stuart Services that I have dealt with. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He remembered me and my dog from a previous visit and, knowing that I work from home and ringing the doorbell would send the dog barking, he very thoughtfully called me to tell me he was outside, rather than ringing the bell. We've found the service from Stuart to be excellent, as is the quality of the work. I like that the receptionist there calls me to let me know when the rep is en route, & if I ask for an earlier time than they have available, seems to find a way to get there there early. We are very satisfied with the replacement of the main electric panel that Stuart Services did for us. The old Federal Pacific panel is older than dinosaurs and had to be replaced to get good rates on our homeowner's insurance. It's a complex job because the old panel is located in a pantry and the new panel required a lot of space and clearance in front to be compliant with modern electric code. Two Stuart electricians worked on this for 12 hours and replaced our old FPE with a shiny and new 200 amp Square D panel in a completely different area which means rewiring part of the house. A municipal inspector has checked the work done by Stuart Services and it has passed code! read more

Stuart Services was so helpful! My heater broke on a Sunday night, I contacted them via text Monday morning at 6am, they called Monday morning at 8:30am, and they were at my house by noon. They quickly assessed the problem and got me an estimate for a furnace replacement (my furnace, it turns out, was 21 years old!). We set up a furnace replacement for Wednesday, and my furnace was completely replaced by Wednesday evening. The guys worked super fast, explained everything clearly, and cleaned up the house before I left. Mechanics worked the entire time they were here...let me know what issues I may have and gave me options to repair the problem I had...I replaced a hot water heater that was installed when the house was built...took care to protect my house and cleaned up after themselves...brought the vent to code...took the old water with them and disposed of the material replaced.
