I confirmed the date and time as well as the address and Dr's name. We showed up and the office was locked. A sign on the door said as of Feb they are not open on Fridays. I took time off from work and my mother (who the appointment was for) has mobility issues -- it's no small matter to make a Dr appointment. We are going elsewhere for her care.

Let me start by saying that I'm not big on filing complaints on businesses as I am in the service…read morebusiness, but talk about INEPT!!! My first appointment was in the Boynton office for 10am on 2/19. I was given the address and upon arriving, there are 4-5 buildings with the same address and each building had a letter. I am not given the lettered building to go to and aimlessly drive around for 10 minutes looking for their office. I call their toll free line and am 12th in line to speak to someone. After another 10 minutes, I ask which building to go to and am told they don't know and will contact the center. The center gets on the line and gives me an address, I say "ma'am I am well aware of the address, how about giving me a building number. I finally arrive at their office at 10 am and hand the lady my paperwork. At 10:30, I go to the counter and ask the lady how much longer I', going to have to wait. Her response is "your next in line and you had an attitude before you even got here and I can reschedule if I want" TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL!! At 10:45 I ask for my papers back and call to schedule an appointment with another one of their offices. This appointment is scheduled for 2/22 at 9am. In doing some due diligence, I reach out to David Wood who is the Chief Experience Officer of this entire group. He is very cordial on the phone, I tell him what transpired, he says he is sorry and asks me if I want him to contact the office and speak to the parties involved. I was baffled. How about just doing your job Mr. Wood as the Chief Experience Officer as my experience sucked!!! OK so I go into my appointment on 2/22 at 8:50 and sign in. 2 minutes later, a woman calls my name and tells me that my appointment is with a nurse practitioner (of which I was NEVER told) and that she can't see me today (of which I NEVER received a call) After leaving their office not a happy camper, I proceeded to text Mr. Wood at 8:53 and no response.

I had to wait two months to recover from my surgery to get the injection. Called last week to set up an appointment and went to the appointment today. They told me I didn't have an appointment, This is not the first time I've had to deal with incompetence at this office, but I guarantee you it will be the last. I will never go back to Dr. Katz's office..

I had to go to my PCP to get a referral for this appointment. A lot of things in work for me to arrive and then they say they are no longer accepting new patients. No one bothered to call me and tell me this. Now I have to go back to my PCP to get a referral for another doctor. This is ridiculous and they do not give 1 shit about you. Who cares if it took 6 weeks total and two days off of work to get to this appointment. They are very sorry though. Sorry enough that they called me and texted me confirmation for this appointment three days in a row before my visit, but did not bother to tell me. The woman had no remorse and cared none at all about me.

After Workmen's Comp., original doctor ignored my pain and my issues for a year. My diligence to…read morerequest a pain management doctor, I was given Dr. Krost. Contrary to the previous reports on Yelp, I believe Dr. Krost's office is not only professional, but extremely helpful. Workmen's Comp. has been denying me the ability to get help. Doctor Krost staff are working with Workmen's Comp. to get me the help I need after a T-bone car accident. The original injection to relieve the pain in my neck, as well as my left side of my arm was helpful. As well as other options like acupuncture (love it), holistic ideas, and therapy's. They are quick and efficient, however, taking the time to listen to your concerns as well as your worries. I can only speak of myself however, everyone has their own individual story. Best advice to anyone; research your own illness, see what options are available, what are the risks then communicate that with your doctors. And of course, if you're not comfortable; get a second, third, fourth opinion, those are your rights. Your health is in your hands. Doctors are only a guide you make the final decision. My final decision is I love this place they treat me with respect, they hear my concerns, they guide me in the best directions. For me personally, I am not a pill popper, and they are very much aware of that. Therefore, go see for yourself- I never listen to the naysayers !!!
