Dr James Incledon in my first visit fixed what has been bothering me for a couple of years. Nothing short of miraculous IMO. My right shoulder has been bothered by an impingement in my upper right neck shoulder area as well as lower back pain that every few months results in sciatica. I've had massages and other chiropractic treatments and trust me no happy ending as the next day the pain was still there. Long story short he adjusted my neck in a way that is safer than twisting and explained why the old method is not good. (And he showed me why I shouldn't self adjust my neck any longer, if I want to live lol.) He adjusted my back from behind with a push and then on my side and I immediately had relief. Woke up this morning to no pain! I said this guy needs a good review and I am happy to be the first here on Yelp.
Dr Incledon has been practicing for over 30 years though he has the look and physic of a man in his 40's. He is awesome on explaining every thing about the spine and manipulations and even gave me a set of exercises to take home to keep me pain free. Luckily my insurance now pays for these visits whereas in the old days they looked down on chiropractic treatment as quack. Natural healing without drugs and operations is surely the way to go. Always get wonderful medical treatment from Dr. James Incledon and staff. Dr James is a great chiropractor, really knows his craft, also provides therapy such as massage and accupressure. Jesse provides the medical massages and she is very conscientious and does a great job. I always feel great when I get down with my treatment at Incledon Chiropractic.
