Since than, they have canceled multiple appointments but would call first to see if I could come in RIGHT NOW. One of the reasons for canceling was because they no longer took medicaid but than call me 6 months later asking me why I haven't showed up recently. Finally decided to switch dentists and it took 3 times to get ALL of my medical records from them. Sent over just records, no xrays. Childish BS. All they do is play games, take your money, push off care so you have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. When I was signing my release forms, they had my insurance down as CASH. No wonder they were jerking me around.

I called and explained that I was experiencing a lot of pain and my home dentist would be closed for the holidays until January 6. They were able to confirm my insurance, schedule an appointment, and squeeze me into an appointment all in the same afternoon. The location was easy to find. And the office was very clean and they have parking onsite. The staff members were very friendly and professional. Dr. Chaudhariand and the Dental Hygienist, Kai, were knowledgeable and helpful. They took time to listen and asked questions before X-rays and examining my tooth. It was luckily a fairly minor issue caused by my Invisalign tray but I appreciated that they were thorough and helped me figure out a solution.

Only the back of my mouth was cleaned, and never once did a a scraper touch the rest of my mouth as it should have been. Needless to say I won't be back after going for 12 years due to the change in staff and lack of my teeth being cleaned properly.

Their online booking system makes it simple to both confirm appointments and secure last-minute cleanings. The technicians are skillful and accommodating - I've had no issues after coming here for 5+ years. Dr. Javier is a joy, not only does he take the time to get to know his patients but he is able to make insightful recommendations for taking care of your teeth as well as refer a network of top-notch orthodontists/oral surgeons. I knew Dr. Javier was the real deal when he was able to keep me from panicking before a rather involved procedure I had a few years ago.
