All they do is play games, take your money, push off care so you have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. When I was signing my release forms, they had my insurance down as CASH. No wonder they were jerking me around.

We chose Advanced Dentistry of Harleysville for convenience of location, provision of pediatric dental care, in-network insurance coverage, soonest new patient appointment, and reviews from other community members. I had contacted 3 other dental offices prior to making a decision. To say we had an incredible first experience is an understatement! My husband has some dental anxieties and had a wonderful experience with both the dental hygienist and dentist, Dr. Shah. His first appointment was scheduled for the next day which included X-rays and a thorough cleaning and examination. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and honest without being pushy about services or "extras" that may not be needed. I went a week later with my toddler and had a wonderful experience as well. They were quick and great with my uncooperative toddler and did not mind him hanging out to wait for me to be done. My appointment felt very thorough as well and the staff, once again, was amazing. Dr. Shah laid out options for future dental work, but encouraged me to think about everything as it was not urgent. Not one person in the office was pushy with anything and explained each step and answered all questions. Wonderful experience with a very nice office and great staff. Highly recommend! Recently I had an emergency, my front tooth broke off and they made a special appointment! Dr Reckner repaired the tooth with cement. All things looked good! Three days later the problem happened again -- 3:30 on a Friday afternoon. They close at 4:00 on Friday and aren't open on Sat. Dr Reckner told me to come right over and did a stronger repair by putting a pin in. Until you've been facing days with one of your front teeth missing, you can't appreciate the fact that the Dr was concerned enough to tell you to come right away.
