Dr. Evans is especially friendly and helpful. He has a great bedside manner making you feel comfortable and making sure he has answered all your questions. The check out staff is a bit stuffy and could learn how to smile but I care more about how I am treated by the nurses and doctors. They also see you right away and for me that is very important since I miss work for my appointments. Very little wait time.

The manager of this office is no better, she told me over a week ago that she will send me a referral for another office and the information to make a formal complaint, and I still have not heard anything from her. Instead of talking to his patients directly when there is an obvious problem, Dr. Timothy Evans hides and lets his staff, who are not nice enough or honest enough to have this position, continue to cause stress in his patients. No, he refuses to see patients and doesn't even have the manners to tell them, let alone a reason, why. This is known as abandonment!

My primary therapist Arjuena is very knowledgeable and caring. Took me several sessions to warm up (mostly on me) and now I both look forward to each visit, having her push me hard and most important the recovery I feel after each visit. The facility itself seem very well equipped for providing post surgery PT. Arjuena adds something new each time and makes sure no 2 sessions are the same. I feel very fortunate to have been assigned to her and highly recommend her. She is very engaged and definitely cares about how I am doing and pain levels. I am truly looking forward to the weeks ahead as my recovery from hip replacement progresses. Also want to give some props to Daryl. He has worked with me twice and he too genuinely cares.
