I brought a ring and watches to this jeweler. I was unhappy with the ring sizing as there was a…read morevisible 'seam' where they cut and reattached it. I was told it was a new goldsmith. Then I brought several expensive watches to have battery replaced. All three watch batteries needed replacement within 6months to 1 year. What is weird, whenever I had batteries replaced elsewhere the batteries lasted well into a 3-5 year range. One of the watches needed a new movement piece. Apparently, they replaced the movement piece with a off brand, (not an original /manufacturer movement piece). I was never informed there was a choice in movement pieces as I would have paid more for an original/manufacturer one over some generic off-brand movement piece. I have no confidence on the quality of their work nor their honesty to fully inform a patron on options. We don't know, what we don't know and the watch repair was not fully explained. I learned about the movement piece because the darn battery failed again and I took it to a specialty watch repair shop who opened the watch and showed me.

My sister's necklace had a clasp that needed to be repaired, while I had a necklace missing a loop, and two bracelets that needed welding done. Terry helped us out, and everyone in the shop was very kind and friendly. All of the repairs only took an hour and a half, and the location is nearby Mission Valley (about 10 minutes away), so it's very convenient to go around the area while waiting. The clasp for my sister's necklace costed $45, my necklace with the missing loop was $25, and the welding for the bracelets were $15 each, so a total of $100. Not only is Kim My fast, they are very affordable and reasonable with price. The jewelry looks brand new as if nothing happened. Thank you, Kim My, for the exceptional service, and for being so kind and friendly! :-)

One band was…read morebroken and others were bent, and because it's sterling silver, even watch repair shops declined. A high-end jewelry store finally informed me of Magic Touch. This ring is deeply sentimental to me. I bought it as a teenager and wore (and fidgeted with) it for years. After it was initially damaged and that repair failed, Magic Touch not only fixed the re-break, but made it stronger without adding bulk, perfectly straightened the bands, and finished it with a beautiful polish. I know this ring inside and out, and I'm hard pressed to find the fracture point. They had my ring repaired in under 24 hours and treated it and myself with genuine care. I'm incredibly grateful for their skill, kindness, and true magic touch.

My…read morehusband always had plans to design my engagement ring, but our plans became expedited due to my grandmother's health. He began seeking out jewelers for a last-minute solution only to be met by negativity, refusal without explanation, and in one case strung along only to be dropped after wasting precious time. He found Liz and she changed Everything. She Listened to him. She explained to him what was difficult and what was achievable with his timeline and worked with him to make it happen. She was rooting for us from day one. I got to meet her when we went back to design the wedding bands and I couldn't believe her genuineness. The stones I wanted in my ring are soft and tricky, but I love them. She was honest and stern, and gave me every bit of information and advice to make the right choice for ME. Again, I could feel that she had our very best interests at heart every step of the way. She is upfront, sincere, knowledgeable, and compassionate. And my ring is freaking Perfect, a mirror to my soul. She's our jeweler for life. See you in there!

I had recently become engaged and had a concern with a visible 'crack' line I could see in the…read moresapphire solitaire stone in my ring. My ring came from a local but semi-big jewelry company, and I wanted to share my concern first with a local and reputable jeweler. Liz went above and beyond to take multiple steps to make sure that my concerns were heard. As someone who doesn't know that much about fine jewelry, I had complete trust in Liz's expertise and her suggestions for following up on my concern (e.g. looking up the GIA certificate number, connecting with the individual who wrote my appraisal, connecting with my original jeweler with specific guided questions). For about two months of this journey, she was alongside me during many of these steps and precautions, including connecting multiple times on the phone to make sure that I was comfortable with each step we were taking. By the end, I was satisfied with the information we cleared up, and the steps we took to confirm that the 'crack' was a natural inclusion that came with the stone before it was placed in the ring setting. Liz's thorough commitment and generosity to help me, despite me not being an official client, speaks volumes to her level of service and dedication as a local jeweler. When it was time to design our wedding bands, there was honestly no one else I had in mind after how generous Liz was with my initial concerns with my engagement ring. Liz worked with my fiance and I to design our pieces. Something that sets Liz apart is that she will be upfront with you about a piece, telling you its longevity and practicality for your daily living, while also giving her professional opinion about how it looks. We never felt pressured to get a certain piece or go a certain direction, and she worked with us to better understand what we were looking for and narrow down the final vision. In the end, we both created custom pieces with complete confidence in Presley and Co. For any future brides, this was easily one of the most enjoyable and straightforward tasks of wedding planning. We love our pieces, and I couldn't be happier.

I saw a birthstone toi et moi ring on Ms. Hailey Bieber and I knew that's exactly where I wanted to take inspiration from. I found the same style, but in my daughters' birthstones, on Diamondful's Etsy page. After reading through reviews, I wanted to make my purchase here. My husband had his reservations about ordering something so expensive online, so we ended up going to a local jeweler. The local jeweler said they would be able to make the same ring for a similar price, so we considered it. However, when I went home to inspect our quote, I noticed that the aquamarine would be an imitation stone. After some light research, I learned that imitation stones can be made of plastic. At that point, I honestly felt deceived, because the jeweler didn't take the time to educate my husband and I on what we would be potentially buying. If we are going to purchase a piece of jewelry that is supposed to commemorate 7+ years of marriage and our 2 kids, it shouldn't have plastic in it. I told my husband that my gut told me we should go online, so he told me to reach out to Diamondful. I messaged Armin and within the first hour, I knew I made the right choice. Armin is extremely fast and efficient in communicating. He's exceptionally knowledgeable and honest when it comes to quality, durability, aesthetics, and practicality. He's also patient and thorough when educating clients like us (very limited jewelry knowledge). We are also so appreciative of his generosity, as he passed on his savings to us for one of the stones to keep us within our budget. The passion he has for his work is really evident in the customer service that he provides. Thank you so much Armin! It was a pleasure working with you and we can't wait to do it again soon!
