Literally told me she " couldn't help me" when I told her I had been in an accident and was in severe pain and looking for an appointment sooner than the next available ( 8 days from when I was calling.) I understand how appointments work but I also know that there are exceptions and when someone has had an accident and is in pain you could at least offer to put them on a cancellation list or speak to the doctor.
