We all know Asians give the best massage. So when I found Happy Feet through Yelp I was ecstatic. I…read moreknew the place was going to be Asian by its name. Susan was working alone so she had to massage my friend and me back to back. My friend was tired and instead of him lying on the couch outside waiting, she pulled out a bed for him next to me to lie on and tucked him in with some blankets. I complained about my knots and I wanted a hard pressure massage. She explained how my knots were steaming from my mid and lower back. She stretched my legs and arms and rotated my shoulders. Most places just try to massage them out. Leg massage was perfect because I've been back at the gym, massage was not to hard and not too soft. At the end of the massage she taught me some exercises to help with the knots. This lady knows her stuff. Highly recommended. Read her website. She's very accredited.

I was set up with a great person who knew what I was dealing with and could apply the right pressure, and move me comfortably through stretches my body needed. I was quite sore that evening despite what would say was gentle pressure, but I knew it was the result of getting good treatment. The next day, I woke up feeling so much better. Sciatica can't be healed over night, but the muscles around the inflamed area were released and allowed my nerves and blood to move freely through the rest of the area. I realize I need massage more frequently through the year, so I will be back.
