The massage itself felt less than therapeutic and a bit of a routine as they didn't really seem to adjust to what they were feeling but more going through the motions. And the motions themselves felt a bit hurried. The massage therapist seemed very qualified and it felt good but not one of those "awesome" experiences. Then they gave only me a water bottle and not my husband. The net result was that I felt great but wasn't really relaxed when I left. I will find somewhere else next time.

If you were to go in and say "I just want a regular massage", I'm not sure there is such a thing with Alina. Everything is individualized.
