Not only will you have no idea what the title of any of the workers are and the work outs are so basic you can google search all of them in 2 mins (not kidding, I found them all on 1 sight for free) but they will tell you that you are "completely covered, you owe us nothing" then months later you will receive a bill saying otherwise. wouldn't be as bad if its caught right away but they charge your insurance $500 per visit in pending groups so you will receive an insane bill (mine was $1800). They'll just say, you have only $5 copay and then as soon as you stop the therapy, you will receive a large bill saying otherwise. You will receive an insane bill. When I called, they said your insurance is only paying this much amount and you are responsible for the remaining, which for me is more than $1000. The center should let patient know between the therapy what my charges are for each session after insurance pmt. Based on that, I would have decided how long should I continue with PT. I also want to specify about this Clarksburg, MD branch that the therapy was not at all worth. It didn't reduce my pain or had any effect on my recovery and that's why I stopped. I'm going to another PT center and I can totally see the difference. And it does tell me how much I owe, so it is not a surprise for me. ATI is not worth your time. read more

Worse PT experience ever. Changed my assigned physical therapist despite my express request. New therapist was either a choice between a totally inexperienced PT or one that treated multiple patients at the same time. Exercises are not monitored. Assigned exercises actually made my torn rotator cuff worse. Stay away!! read more

Patients beware!!! ATI billing department is questionable. One day less than a year, received another bill from them. Say I owed them more money. I called the local office and was informed that the turn around takes six weeks. By talking to the billing department, I was told it was a code issue. Funny thing was, it was the same treatment for twelve weeks. Code didn't change. I have informed my insurance company and will be hearing back from them. FYI there not an issue with the staff, it's the billing department. I will not be back read more

My therapist did not take the time to listen to me. She added weights daily that I couldn't even lift. I had back spasms and when I told her the weights were too much and I have back pain, she told me go slower. My injuries were getting worse. I went to Munson health care for therapy and had awesome care. I found out ATI put that I did not participate well in my medical records. Very dissatisfied. read more
