Aggravating & Frustrating experience with regard to the billing process and the checkin process to say the least. Be prepared to create an online account and then fill out 7 ridiculously long forms online just to start the process of being a patient there. Then you will wait 2 weeks to have a "tele appointment" before your are even allowed to schedule your first appointment. Then, once you arrive you are jumped by the secretary and asked vigorous questions about where you have been in the past few days and then forced to not just use a mask - but goup up your hands with sanitizer. Finally, after the awkward appointment, after being told one financial arrangement by one of their staff, you could be "berated" by Deseree telling you that she can not honor the financial offer that her staff made because it would be "breaking the law." ...seriously, get your crap together. read more

I've been having a lot of health issues for the past 2 years. I had been researching acupuncture and found Desiree and she had such good reviews, I thought I would give it a try. The first appointment is a tele medicine to go over symptoms and such. She was a few minutes late to the appointment and said "ummm" a bit too much and also was typing as she was talking to me and kept getting distracted. She said she wasn't sure what was wrong with me, but thought she could help. This appointment was on a Thursday afternoon and she said that someone would call me to make an appointment and that she would see me the following week. I got a call later that afternoon and thought, man! they are on the ball! But it was just someone getting payment for the tele medicine appointment. Almost 2 weeks later and no call to make an appointment. But at least they got $50 out of me for a short, distracted tele medicine call! read more
