Ive had the pleasure of working with both chiropractors at this location and have been extremely happy with each one. I have never felt rushed and have always left with knowledge about what I can do at home to help my adjustments be more effective - stretching, water, supplements, rest, icing, etc. Dr Hays is an old soul who will adjust your body while giving nuggets of health wisdom like "He who takes medicine and neglects to diet wastes the skill of his doctors." He is a great consult on water intake, clean eating and homeopathic options. His adjustments are firm and effective. It doesn't hurt that he's kind of dreamy too. Dr Doubt is equally adorable and knowledgeable. When she adjust me, it feels like she has X-ray vision and can see inside to know exactly what need a little nudge or adjustment. She really knows the human body and she has completely helped me get thru some painful flair ups. I would absolutely recommend to my friends looking for a chiro to go to her. Dr. Walters has been seeing my 10 year old, who is an avid dancer, for her back health since September. He is amazing to say the least! I was experiencing tremendous pain in my neck from continuous computer work over the past 7 years. Over the last several months, it got progressively worse to the point where I could hardly move my neck without severe discomfort. One day, I had enough. I called towards the end of the day, and Cherie fit me into the schedule to see Dr. Emily. Within a short period of time, I was being evaluated. Dr. Emily gave me a thorough examination, explained what was causing my pain, and began the process to correct the issues. I went to Structural Health due to a sore shoulder that had been bothering me for about a month. It was easy to get an appointment, and the online paperwork was also not too burdensome. I was pleased with initial visit; I felt that the doctor was thorough and personable. The appointment included massage and manipulation as well as an adjustment. I hadn't been adjusted for a couple of years and was new to Austin, but my husband saw Dr Doubt for a pinched nerve and she sorted him out quickly, so I made an appointment. I wasn't in pain but just knew I needed some work because my lower back had lost its curve and gone kind of flat and my neck was stiff. (I have mild scoliosis). After filling out a quick questionnaire, I was shown into an exam room and Dr Doubt gave me a thorough physical and verbal exam before explaining what she was going to do on the dummy spine in the room. She was firm but gentle at the same time and I was a bit sore next day, as always, but sooo much better the day after that. She scheduled a 15-minute follow up 5 days later and made a couple of minor adjustments and then suggested I come back in a month. After that, she said 6 months would be fine. There is no hint of an upsell and Dr Doubt is the most accomplished chiropractor I've seen in many years. Highly recommended. read more
