    Before photo do a fully setup but damaged soaf

    Structube has zero customer service and places the onus on customers when things go wrong. Structube Sudbury. A manufacturer damaged sofa was delivered to my home in 2023. A large sectional. There is no option to pay for setup. I tried and was refused. I waited weeks for family to help me setup. Three bags of garbage and several blue boxes later, revealed a damaged sofa. The replacement sofa was delivered on Friday. Once again, I am left to deal with the garbage and setup. They refused to make me whole. I live alone and am in my mid 50's. During the delivery, my entrance furniture and rugs were stacked in a corner, plants were toppled to the floor and broken, and a photo frame suffered damage. When I contacted the store, the District Manager told me, in writing, I should be grateful I wasn't charged for the replacement and I failed to properly package up the damaged sofa. None of this had been discussed. Structube has left a mess and damage to my belongings. For the second time, I await family to assist me before I can determine if I have received an undamaged sofa. I have a non functioning living room. Before and After photos attached.

    I just had my ETTA table picked up today from this location. Opened it up right away to find that 2 of the 4 legs have the black stubs missing. And the other 2 attached leg stubs have been scratched up. The holes for where to put the screws already have pre-existing scratches made, so much so that you can see the silver underneath the gold coating. It is visibly used, damaged and with the important part of the legs missing that I can't put it upright. I had to get someone to pick up the item from the store since I don't own a car. So I'm hoping they will deliver the replacement table straight to my home with express shipping, if possible, considering it's an error on their part.. They should of checked the item before sending the order, and I'm surprised they didn't do that at all. For an item I paid over $300 for I'm very disappointed to receive a used item with missing pieces. I contacted the manager Greg at this location and spoke with Justin over the phone. I sent them an email (June 3, 2019) and waiting on a reply. I'll update this review once I fully get my table in brand new condition. UPDATE(June 7, 2019): Greg had gotten new table legs re-sent to us. We open it up today, and once again they messed up. How hard is it to check if you are sending the correct items? Especially when you mess up the first time?? They only sent 2 out of the 4 pieces of the legs we were supposed to get... We were missing even the main part of the legs that were missing the FIRST time around. He asks if I can personally pick up from the closest location.. umm So now I have to take a taxi, back and forth and pay out of my own pocket. Not to mention he also asks for me to bring the damaged legs for him to that location. Out of courtesy I went out of my way to carry these bulky items in the taxi to bring it back for them, while he promised for a "rebate" (didn't tell me how much btw). When I get home I assemble it together and it's FINALLY done. But wait. I call to say it's put together and ask for my rebate. He says 10% of my item($33). That's it?! That's how much my taxi to pick up the item cost. Are you kidding me? I should be getting $100. I waited 2 weeks for this item that should of been correct the first week around. They sent me a damaged item. I pay for a taxi to pick up the item AND return the other ones because he asked me to. I could of easily kept those and made another table and sold it for $150 very easily. Why didn't I? Cuz I'm not an inconsiderate person, have a conscience and I value my customers and the service I give them. A 10% rebate as a "sorry for sending you damaged goods" is insulting. So many of my friends and family come to shop at Structube cuz of me, now I'll be convincing them to go to elsewhere. I'm waiting to speak to Kevin now since it didn't go well with Greg. Be updating again.

But gee I don't really find anything that I want to try on remotely... and I did not even look at their prices. Personally I find that the clothings looks much better on their website in the photos than when I actually see the real thing! We have pored over every Anthro catalogue and studied the website with the sad knowledge that only rare cross-border voyages make shopping there possible. Admittedly, Anthropologie does ship to Canada but the costs are stunningly high. None of that matters now because at last we have an Anthropologie to call our very own! On my first visit to the brand new store, I was very happy to see that it was just as beautiful as the American stores (merchandise and shop front both). I did overhear some loud person proclaim, "Everything in here is waaay too Kate Hudson-y." I know what they mean - lots of gentle hippie florals and soft fabrics. I spent about half an hour just browsing the hooks and knobs section. Then I made the tour of the rest of the very spacious store and loaded myself up with clothes to try on in the well designed change rooms. It was agonizing to narrow my rack full of possibilities down to two perfect, classic, comfortable dresses that I am very excited to wear. For me, shopping at Anthropologie is a special treat. The clothing is always quite pricey but the treasures I find there are unusual and unforgettable. PS: A downtown shop is planned for Yorkville, opening in July.

    Worst location I've ever been to and really not the linen chest experience I expected…read more We came in and browsed around 1 hours before closing time on Sunday. There were about 4 staff huddled together by the coffee machines just chit chatting about their evening plans. We were in the area for a good 10 minutes trying to figure out where the lunch boxes are and not once did any of them think to say "hi, do you need any help?" They just loudly chit chat away. One of them then said that she was leaving for the day and whipped her purse right into a display next to us, sending a dish crashing to the floor. Rather than an "oops" or "so sorry about that", she just looked at her coworkers and laughed about that coming out of her pay cheque. Really stellar crew you got here. There were the lunch boxes sitting on a shelf with a ton of sale signage which then made us very unclear if everything was on sale or just random items that shared the same display. Everything also looks just thrown into the shelves so it was not very organized, unlike the bed or bath sections. Anyway we grabbed a few items and tried to ask for pricing, but since all the staff were busy chatting, there was no one to ask. We went to the check out counter and I said "sorry , I'm not really sure if these are sale items. Are you able to check for me what the prices are?" I kid you not, this young lady scanned each item, said "yes on sale, no not on sale, yes on sale, no not on sale. So your total is $125". ..... I'm like .. ok I didn't hear a single item price in there so I proceeded to ask her what the sale price was on those items. She looked so annoyed. Honestly I was about just to say forget it and leave. All the staff created a horrible retail experience for customers walking in. I'm definitely not going to be back.

    Store refuses to refund an expensive Instacart purchase, stating they only do store credit for…read moreinstacart. I've shopped here for years and thought they do refunds. Two teenage looking cashiers in sweatshirts checking him had no idea what to do with an Instacart refund and had to call the store manager at home on a Sunday. When I asked to speak to him he was sassy and hung up on me. This store used to have quality and service and now has neither. not going to cut it if you want to survive as a business. would never return here.
