They handled the matters of insurance quickly, alleviating my families concerns. They respected our wishes and worked closely my children and myself. They fulfilled every request. This review is based on my most recent encounters with them. my dad passed away in January 2025…read more His military bronze marker was delivered to the cemetery in the beginning of March. we go to the cemetery for Memorial Day to find that it was not installed yet (the granite is there and has the holes drilled for it with mom's marker already there for years.) We were given excuse after excuse why it hadn't been done yet. They've been busy. It's been rainy. so today (July 30) I went to the cemetery again to find the marker has still not been placed. I spoke to two different people who had no reasons why it had t been done yet. the result? it will be placed tomorrow morning even though it is going to rain because rain doesn't affect the adhesive they use. This is hopefully the last time I need to demand they do it (gluing it down costs almost $500!) and they would not refund me the money to get another more reliable company to do it. Don't use this cemetery or Prospect Cemetery in East Stroudsburg (same parent company) unless you want to be in constant contact with them (in person, they don't return messages) about everything.

I can't thank Phil and his team enough for the care, the concern and the empathy that they had for our grieving family. Staff was rude, inconsiderate, and downright hostile to attendees. Many overheard the staff talking about us at the funeral and wishing we would hurry up that they wanted to leave. There are not enough words to express how disrespectful the staff was beginning with the guy with the bun in his hair. The 5 of them looked like gang members and I did not feel safe . They should all be fired. 1star is way too many for this place.
