After a few emails back and forth over a few weeks' time with this company (who my family had used once before) to ask questions about their services and products, they stopped emailing me. So for another month, I called and left several messages asking them to please return my calls; they did not. In a time of need, for something as emotional, time-sensitive, and of the utmost importance to me and my family as designing and placement of a grave market for a recently deceased loved one, to be so unprofessional (their website claims they offer "professional services") as to not even return emails and phone calls is beyond comprehension, and incredibly cruel during such an emotional endeavor. If they couldn't or didn't want to do the work, at least have the common courtesy to return the emails/phone calls and say so.
Don't use this company; they are unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional and utterly cold-hearted. read more
