They treated daddy like he was their father, who after 60 years of marriage, was fractured beyond repair. My family was so taken how well we were treated, we made pre arrangements for daddy fearing we would lose him soon to be with mommy. Three years later we did. I was crushed, my daddy was gone. He died in hospice care in our home. Phil came and everything was taken care of perfectly. The pre-arrangements were perfect, nothing to do, just mourn and heal. After a few emails back and forth over a few weeks' time with this company (who my family had used…read moreonce before) to ask questions about their services and products, they stopped emailing me. So for another month, I called and left several messages asking them to please return my calls; they did not. In a time of need, for something as emotional, time-sensitive, and of the utmost importance to me and my family as designing and placement of a grave market for a recently deceased loved one, to be so unprofessional (their website claims they offer "professional services") as to not even return emails and phone calls is beyond comprehension, and incredibly cruel during such an emotional endeavor. If they couldn't or didn't want to do the work, at least have the common courtesy to return the emails/phone calls and say so. Don't use this company; they are unreliable, irresponsible, unprofessional and utterly cold-hearted.

Staff was rude, inconsiderate, and downright hostile to attendees. Many overheard the staff talking about us at the funeral and wishing we would hurry up that they wanted to leave. There are not enough words to express how disrespectful the staff was beginning with the guy with the bun in his hair. The 5 of them looked like gang members and I did not feel safe . They should all be fired. 1star is way too many for this place.
