10/10 would recommend!!!…read more I haven't had a massage in years b/c it's so tough finding a great place at an affordable price. I luckily came across this hidden gem, and am so grateful that I did. From the serene atmosphere, the relaxing decor, the intimate lighting, the private rooms, and the wonderful massage therapists. I couldn't ask for more!! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after my hour-long massage, I immediately signed-up to be a Subscriber!! Massage Therapists Azure and James are the only two I have experienced thus far, and I would recommend them both!! They were so kind and always checking on the pressure, which I absolutely loved and appreciated!! Thank you Seven Senses Spa for becoming my safe haven and my go-to for self care. I always look forward to my appointments, and cannot wait for my next one!!

I am picky as heck when it comes to who does my body work. I've been coming to seven senses even…read morefrom before they were at kahala mall. Prices are comparable for massage rates around the area but if you are looking for cleanliness, convenience, and a good massage, seven senses spa is the place to go. I stick to the same massage therapist who doesn't have a lot of hours that work well with my work schedule so I have to book in advance but if you are willing to try any massage therapist you could probably get a massage almost anytime. The monthly subscription makes the price of the massage less by $10 and is an excuse to get a massage at least once a month. There is also a Waikiki location at the ilikai where I tried their facials. The parking is validated which is great for Waikiki. It is however a little more expensive than the kahala location but they do occasionally have more specials at the Waikiki location...although I haven't seen it for a while.

On a Thursday night as I was laying in bed, I searched for a masseuse on Yelp and came upon Hawaii Wellness Spa. With such great reviews, I crossed my fingers for an appointment early Saturday. Veronica got back to me in the same night and I saw her today (Saturday). Let me just say THANK YOU Veronica! The massage was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. I know that I tend to tense up at times when I'm getting a deep-tissue massage, and I always wondered if that might contradict what I was there for. Veronica would tell me to "lose the weight" and would help me to do so when this happened. Loved that! She also recommended cupping for me, and so, I did it! The pain is gone and overall, I just feel great. She made me drink my water before leaving (LOL), which I appreciated her for. I highly, highly recommend Hawaii Wellness Spa! Can't wait to go back.

Maria was prompt in responding and was able to get us a next day appointment. Intake was quick and the massage was well enjoyed. My daughter felt relief immediately after her massage. Maria knew what she was doing and communicated to my daughter areas of muscle tightness, etc. The rooms are clean. This is a simple massage office, nothing fancy but practical and gets the job done. Prices are fair and you truly get what you pay for. I appreciate Maria and her knowledge. I'll be bringing my daughter here consistently for massages. Mahalo, Maria.

However, if you want a solid massage in a studio that's convenient and clean, I think you'll like Island Therapy. I've been seeing Mai for about a year. She's a very skilled massage therapist -- don't let her small frame fool you, she's strong and really knows how to work out knots. She's also an intuitive therapist; she always seems to know exactly where I'm hurting. I should mention that Mai's massages lean therapeutic rather than relaxing, so if you're looking for something more soothing, let her know beforehand. I have an old injury, and her massages have made a real difference -- I used to have a constant, dull ache, but since seeing her once a month, I haven't had any issues. Booking is done through text, and I usually hear back within 20-30 minutes -- very convenient. I also think her prices are very reasonable, especially given her level of skill. I once saw a massage therapist who charged $350 for a two-hour massage -- great massage, but not sustainable long-term. Island Therapy's prices are reasonable enough that I can keep up with monthly massages. As for the space, the office is in a nondescript building, After you book your massage they'll send you instructions on entering the secured building. Parking is free and convenient.
