OK so they sent a new cover unfortunately it was shipped without any protective material. Just clear plastic. So there was a rip in the cover, which now they are sending a new cover. The representative that handled it was very professional and therefore I raised the rating because of her to 4 stars. Will advise if anything changes. read more

Delivery took 2 weeks to go 5 miles from the store . Tub would not come on after our electrician connected the power. Contacted customer service and a tech from NJ Hottub was sent out within 2 days and he got the power on. Later that same day I noticed several other problems with waterfalls, outer lights not coming on, unmatched dark gray and light gray panels, jets not working on 1/2 of tub, leaking control valves, 2 wrong color t strips. I notified my sales rep and emailed customer service with the current problems. We spent a lot of money for this tub so I expected better quality and better customer service. This has not been the case. Finally got an email today 5 days later saying a service tech will come on this coming Thursday (a week later. In my opinion, a brand new tub off the showroom floor should not have this many problems. read more

Inexpensive...crap quality...you get what you pay for. I had to replace the heater at 16 months, and also had to replace the leaking (disintegrated) seal around the light. And their promise to send a couple of filters to you after an Amazon review...lies. Crappy customer service. The department and manager are focused on squirming out of any service at all cost. 12/5/23 These spas are garbage. 1 year after owning the spa, the heating element broke. It was repaired after several months of waiting. Year 2, the spa started leaking. We have been in communication with Strong Spas, since Feb. 2023 and the spa is still leaking. We have had 3 servicing companies sent out to fix leaks and the spa still leaks. The last company said it was a crack in the liner. Strong Spas sent them a silicon patch to fix. Guess what, still leaks. Every few days, the water level is below the jets. Not impressed and highly considering a lawsuit! 2022 Pretty disgusted with this company. We purchased our spa about 1 year ago and the spa quit heating. I contacted the customer service line the end of March and was told a technician would be contacting me within 10-15 days. When I had not heard from anyone last week, I contacted customer service again. I was told my ticket would be expedited and the original customer service rep that initiated the ticket would send me an email. Today, I have still not heard from a technician or the original customer service rep. I contacted customer service again and was given the same run around I was given last week. I am almost certain I talked to the same guy, "Art" ext. 306, all 3 times. He told me he could not look at my notes to see if anything was done last week and whatever he did for me today would do no good because no one is in the main office. read more

Anyone that has gave this company or the Quality of their spas a great review is a fake review‼‼ The company will ignore you, Spa only worked perfect for the 1st 3 month. my spa had 3 pumps, 1 had a bearing start screaming after the 3rd mont. I couldn't get the strong spa company to return my calls. I finally got a hold of them pretending to set up and be a spa dealer with them. then, they just past me off to service guy, that said, they wouldn't send him a pump. I worked for another 2 months trying to get them to send me a pump, and I would had replaced it my self. Now I purchased my spa directly from them. I finally gave up and purchased pump from eBay. $600 gone. I had my spa for about 7 months and only used it for 3 months. It worked great for about 2 months sep through October and in November the heating went out in it. I am EXTREMELY DISATISFIED with this company. We purchased a motor to fix our spa, and it ended up not being the right motor. We returned it after months of requesting a return authorization. Despite the motor being received, we STILL HAVE NOT been reimbursed. Delay after delay, excuse after excuse, contact after contact, emails, and calls, they still have not rectified the problem, nor even produce a reply.
