They even called the FFL here in Los Angeles and figured out what they needed to do in 20 minutes. I now have the gun and all legal paperwork from both FFL's to go with it. Purchased 9 items around 780 bucks. 680 store credit - 103 credit card. 1st issue, was sold two stocks - one priced at 35 and one 25 written on the plastic bag. When I got home I saw them both rang up at $45. On me I guess for not reading every digit of the receipt as they hand-typed it in. I assumed they would have honorable practices. My fault there. Was also sold a set of 45 degree mount pop up sights that I was told "glow" - turns out not at night. "They're fiber optic, they glow during the day" is what I was told on the phone when I called about these issues and spoke to Josh, the manager. "All sales final" is what I was reminded of. The young man working that day that brought the sights over to me in the corner of the store and told me they're nice pop up sights that glow, maybe didn't mean harm by it. So I got them on the premise they glow, and got home to test them at night to find out they don't. I was misled. Josh didn't care on the call. He offered to buy the sights back at 66% of what I paid for them, and since I live nearly 4 hours away I offered to mail them, accepting the 33% defeat to their shady business. He denied that and said it had to be in person. This would cost me more than that in gas round trip. He then hung up on the phone after saying "I'm never gonna make you happy" as if he was trying. I guess I was just hoping when I called, that they would be decent about it and give me an even swap for sights that actually glow or refund it. Turns out the only honor they have is to their "all sales final" slogan. Shop elsewhere. These guys don't care about you or your build. They want your money so eagerly they're willing to be shady to get it. Every online business I've ever worked with, dealt with a return or other issue with, has been far better to deal with than this shop. Ugly stuff here stay away.
