Jeremy ended up coming out to my house at no charge so he could get eyes on it. He took time out of his day and was extremely respectful and professional. By the time he was done he ended up quoting me, and straight up, he was far more fair than most of these huge companies I spoke to. I've dabbled in some indoor plumbing, but never anything outside and underground. Either way, I didn't want them without water and I was determined to get it done. In the end, I ended up doing the work myself because I had an itch and, I guess, the confidence too. Jeremy even went out of his way to tell me to send pictures or text him as I move along to make sure I wasn't turning a pond into a lake. I ended up getting the job done correctly, and as I sit here now, I can't even think of a better person for the job than him. He was even able to come out that same day. He repaired our system and then gave it an overall inspection. In that inspection he found one problem that needed to be fixed right away so he did. I loved that he cleaned up after himself and made the repair look like new. He even provided an analysis report and estimate for future work that either he could do or we should do ourselves. I think he did a great job and for all those things we don't want to do ourselves ... we'll have him come and do it. Great job. Great price.
