He greeted us at the door at the appointed time. Manny was very thorough, very understanding of her situation, and was always a gentleman. I could tell he was genuinely concerned because he asked a lot of questions. At the end of the day, we wound up having to keep her existing insurance. Although Manny didn't earn a commission this day, he definitely earned my respect. He was very kind, and very generous with his time while we were there.
