I hired them to install a brand-new, updated septic system because I was preparing to sell my home. During the sale process, the system failed inspection. To make matters even worse, the company that installed the new tank completely ghosted me, leaving me to deal with the mess on my own and putting my home sale at risk. Was notified the second week of December that they won't plow anymore. Evidently the new owner doesn't understand working with machinery or doesn't have the knowledge and experienced help she needs so she walks away from a good paying customer and leaves a 70 something year old couple high and dry with no explanation! I hope she can keep all those port-o-lets clean as I don't see much of a future otherwise.
