The information it contains is general and can be found elsewhere on the internet, but this is a good, easy way to find it. It suggests things like eat no gluten, eat no dairy, eat no sugar. Also, do a little basic research on the benefits of intermittent fasting - he will want you to do that as well. You don't need to pay hundreds of dollars to find this information and implement it yourself. And it's all he is going to do. He called me at home to emphasize how important the second appointment with him would be and how crucial it was that I show up and get the very specific plan he had for me. When I arrived for the second appointment, his receptionist was anxious to take my $300 fee right away. I went in to see the doctor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DO A LITTLE BIT OF RESEARCH AND WORK YOURSELF - YOU DON'T NEED HIM AT ALL. If needed, you can order your own lab tests in NY state to monitor your conditions. You will have to pay out of pocket for this, but it's better than paying for him.
