The owner, Tony, diagnosed the problem and had a man come out the next day to replace the damaged box and all the breakers in it (they were all reaching their end-of-lifespan, 40+ years). The technician performed the swap-out service with excellence. Courteous, organized, quiet, and focused on the task like a laser beam. He concentrated non-stop for five hours in cramped quarters and replaced the box and all its breakers. The wiring inside the new box was expertly organized and tidy.
