I really felt that the physical therapists and staff there were absolutely outstanding. My care was very directed and personal. I felt very comfortable there. They took a very intelligent and practical approach to my problem, and I now feel much better, nearly 100%. They also didn't push multiple visits and perpetual care. Only what I needed and gave me exercises I can do simply at home. Thank you Joe Miller, Lori Ketterer , and your staff for helping me out.

I had a truly awful experience at this physical therapy office. Joe, the PT, was incredibly rude…read moreand unprofessional. Instead of offering encouragement and guidance, he told me I was "out of shape" and that I "shouldn't be out of breath at my age." His behavior was absolutely disgusting--no healthcare professional should ever speak to a patient that way. Everyone's body is different, and pain affects people in different ways. Being out of breath while exercising and using muscles that you are trying to improve is not something that should be met with judgment and dismissal. I came to physical therapy to get stronger, not to be insulted. A good PT should uplift and motivate their patients, not tear them down. On top of that, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, making the entire environment uncomfortable. I would NEVER recommend Joe to anybody. He was rude and downright disgusting in the way he spoke to me. If you're looking for a PT who is professional, respectful, and supportive, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
