The cost is also reasonable, compared to other upholstery companies that I contacted, and they charged me a total of $75.00 to pickup my 6 chairs and then return them. It also reflects directly into my kitchen where my English Mastiffs spend most of their time. That said, I had no idea where to start. When I expressed this to Draperies Plus customer service, Rick (Draperies Plus owner) personally came to my home to hear my concerns and suggest possible solutions. Rick returned to install the window treatments himself and I could not be happier! He ensured sufficient lining to block light and heat (my Mastiffs are extremely appreciative!) and the fabric - including the specific shade of purple that I desired - is right on point. I expected pull-string blinds, but I received curtains that would have made King Louis envious. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

When they arrived to install our awning, the installers discovered the initial measurements were taken incorrectly, therefore the Frame was made wrong. The installation supervisor re-measured the area and assured me the problem would be fixed and the Frame would be 'perfect' when they return to install it the second time. Understanding mistakes happen, we fully believed that would be the case...the second install went just as bad. A week later they returned. The second installation attempt exposed new problems with the Frame and now the canopy cover, so many in fact, their supervisor said he had never seen so many problems with the workmanship in all the years he worked for Lloyds of Millville. We had had enough. We now have holes in our stucco and wood areas, created by the screws used to secure the frame to our home and still.... after numerous request, no refund of our deposit. Any company can make promises and take your money. A Good Company is judged by how they handle problems...Lloyds of Millville is not a good company.
