Wendy....the store manager seriously needs to be taught customer service skills. She was rude to a kid.

I've come to this store quite often and every time I do I'm disappointed. Service is horrible, the soda machines are not working, there's no tea and the soda counter is filthy. I was standing in line, along with four other people, waiting to order something to eat and no one was behind the counter. The cashier never acknowledged us and was standing there using her phone. I had to finally speak up before she came over and took our order. This place needs good management and friendlier staff. read more

This is not the usual Stripes chain store..this one is very big ,well stocked and has a sufficient amount of employees. Plenty of parking space and room at the pumps. They offer a deli counter with some great smelling food. It's easy to access this store and the employees are very nice. The restrooms are about average ..meaning not as clean as I like but expected with heavy traffic. read more

You hear "welcome to Stripes" as soon as you walk through the door. That's where your friendly service ends! I hadn't been here in several weeks, but nothing has changed. There were five people behind the counter during what appeared to be shift change. One Cashier was handling a transaction for a customer, so she had her back to the counter and therefore the customer. NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THE OTHERS, even bothered to acknowledge the customer (me). Once the Cashier was finished with the customer, she proceeded to file away the receipts of the transaction, without looking at the customer (me). Stripes is building many new stores in the South Central Texas area. Lots of money on great buildings, a good selection of products, but complete lack of attention to Service. They also practice very poor food handling, which you can see by the people serving from their deli. Notice them wearing gloves, while touching all kinds of surfaces, then serving food without washing their hands, and changing gloves. read more

The services is bad at 4:00am they r supposed to serve taco in the mean time people r lining up @ 4:10 still no tacos the people behind the counter just talking away. we ask if they were going to sale taco we need to get to work employees said not there problem I just left the store will not use stripe store again my job is important to me.I Told wife not to use stripes @ home and I will tell all the guys I see at work. read more
