The service team went back and forth with Chrysler who I am sure did not want to cover the repair under warranty but after a week of reports and photos, they got Chrysler to cover a replacement transmission under warranty. My truck was returned to me fixed, detailed inside and out and was given a loaner car to use while this was all going on. Excellent service and I will be a customer as long as I live in Del Rio.
