He likes to chat and get to know you rather then just churn through patients. That was indeed the case. I have to say, though, I appreciated the time. I like when a doctor seems genuinely interested in getting to know you as a patient. I don't have any reason to think that I won't go back if I find the need to.

A double check on opinion was done. He was well taken care of right away! All the nurses in Acute were awesome and professional. I do not know all those 9+ nurses names. They all were very kind and understanding! Anything he needed the staff was there! I cannot put into words how well they assisted the hubby in his room! Doctor Mojsis was also very understanding and explained clearly the situation. Glad to have met him! Many people have experienced different situations. I must say the grade rate was 10/10 Stars. Within a few days we received a Thank You card from the hospital with all the nurses' signatures and well wishes. That meant a lot!! I hope we never get to visit that way again Lol! Thank you!

Vanessa (receptionist) was nothing but rude every interaction we had, there are two women who are at the front desk yet every time I've needed to call I'm ALWAYS sent to voice message.. yet every time I've walked into the facility, they're always on their personal phones. I am a first time mom, who else am I supposed to turn to when the only women's clinic in a 100+ mile radius doesn't answer their phones? To give false information to a patient then call day of appointment to inform them they'll be needing to pay nearly 100$ more than what they were originally were quoted is unacceptable. Definitely need to improve customer service as this town is growing due to the mine.

His technique might be productive if you are seeking only her opinion and not looking for facts, especially with respect to her medical history and/or disability, of which she could provide little information. Consequently, Kailing's report contained several, rather large inaccuracies regarding her background and disability. In his report, Kailing concluded that our daughter, which he estimated to have an emotional age of 13 yoa, should be under our guardianship, but only until her 19th birthday, only months away (when "magically" she would begin functioning at a level consistent with her age?). The judge ruled as Kailing recommended. We are now more than 4 years past and have watched as our daughter emptied a $3000 savings account within a month, became homeless, and spiraled into drugs and prostitution. Needless to say, we are not impressed with Kailing's reasoning skills and have serious doubts about his competence.
