About 6 months goes by and suddenly we are getting calls about an 18 dollar balance that they allege was a "copay" from the visit where he paid 800 dollars. That so called "copay" should've been charged at the time services were rendered. Not 6 months after. They are still sending obnoxious text messages one about every 4 months or so, demanding this 18 dollars. It was their staff who provided incompetent services. So they can collect the 18 dollars from their bookkeeper. And as a result of this experience, we stopped using them all together. I never did because they're overpriced, but now even he doesn't. We took our business to reno. So they lost around 2 to 3000 a year from us, over an 18 dollar bookkeeping error

When I first started going here back in 2008,the employees were kind and the service was great…read more However,in recent years;specially in 2011,there was a lady working there that was rude to customers for no reason at all. I remember her saying something rude to me,just because I was using insurance.A friend of mine told me that same lady got terminated from there, and said 'she was rude to him too'. He put in a complaint against her,and she must have gotten fired for being rude to people.I did not go back until about 2 weeks ago,and the employees were kind at first,yet recently their attitudes have changed and they act 'pretty bossy'. I would suggest they change their attitude if the owners want more people to visit them. I likely won't be going back,except to check on my recent new contacts and to pick up the new eye glasses. Also,there is a lady that tried telling me 'eye contacts must be taken off daily,even if they are ones that are only suppose to be taken off weekly or monthly'.I tried to reason with her;and she kept on saying the same thing. If you this lady is dealing with giving customers advice, the least she could do is educate herself at least a little about what she is advicing.Her tone of voice also sounded like she wanted to boss me around and insist she was right. 2 of the other ladies were also kind of bossy,bit I sensed they were not doing it 'on purpose' at least not as much as this particular lady. Also, after waiting for about 20 minutes,I asked another lady if they could call me when teh DR. was ready to check my contacts,this lady had the nreve to order me to wait outside and that she would 'holler at me when I the doc. was ready to see me'. At that point I just left and I guess she assumed I would be outside. Bengoa eyecare on the other hand is so much more customer friendly and their employees seem respectful and kind when interacting with you. Maybe that is why some of NNEC employees work there now. One positive thing about NNEC is the eye doctor,he seems knowledgable and is respectful and kind.
