Vanessa (receptionist) was nothing but rude every interaction we had, there are two women who are at the front desk yet every time I've needed to call I'm ALWAYS sent to voice message.. yet every time I've walked into the facility, they're always on their personal phones. I am a first time mom, who else am I supposed to turn to when the only women's clinic in a 100+ mile radius doesn't answer their phones? To give false information to a patient then call day of appointment to inform them they'll be needing to pay nearly 100$ more than what they were originally were quoted is unacceptable. Definitely need to improve customer service as this town is growing due to the mine.

So I took her that day and some of the staff were really rude and did not listen to a word she was saying. I had also try telling them they did not take it serious. The doctor had made it seem like they did not want us here. Me and my daughter had felt unwelcome. They told her she was just sick and I asked if she needed medicine and they said needed no medication. Overall the service is just bad! He likes to chat and get to know you rather then just churn through patients. That was indeed the case. I have to say, though, I appreciated the time. About 6 months goes by and suddenly we are getting calls about an 18 dollar balance that they allege was a "copay" from the visit where he paid 800 dollars. That so called "copay" should've been charged at the time services were rendered. Not 6 months after. They are still sending obnoxious text messages one about every 4 months or so, demanding this 18 dollars. It was their staff who provided incompetent services. So they can collect the 18 dollars from their bookkeeper. And as a result of this experience, we stopped using them all together. I never did because they're overpriced, but now even he doesn't. We took our business to reno. So they lost around 2 to 3000 a year from us, over an 18 dollar bookkeeping error
