I absolutely love this bowling alley. These lanes are always well upkept, friendly staff, and…read moreawesome pro shop. The pro shop is clean, well stocked, and organized. The snack shack is at the one end of the bowling lanes and very clean. The pro shop is by the entrance and easy to find. The arcade area has been redone. The scoring system computers are from the late 90's/early 2000's, but still work great!

The owner decided that league money is more important than open bowling for people with intellectual disabilities after they already paid! He shut off their lanes in the middle of their game. Then when staff was advocating for the individuals by asking him to let them finish their game the owner decided that then was the appropriate time to say "what you're having a bad day because Kamala didn't win?" When did consumers in your place of business become less than due to being a female or someone with a handicap? This situation had nothing to do with politics and was completely inappropriate. If you agree with this man's actions then delete me now. If you know me or my family at all you know how much we stand for all human rights especially those with intellectual disabilities. The owner's actions and comments were unprofessional and unacceptable. I refuse to give any business my time and money that don't prioritize inclusivity and customer service. I have been here two times, the first time most things were out of order, the entire place was…read moredirty, but at least the man working was friendly and tried to make it a great experience for us. However the second time, our lane would not work at all, tables were sticky, floors were gross, they stopped our 3rd game with 2 frames left and when we called service to see what happened they insisted we did not pay and made us pay again. (It was $19 per person including show rental for each of us, and then $7 for every game past that) Beyond this, the staff was very rude when we reported any issue with the lane (not resetting, game shutting off, not registering pins hit, putting down the wrong number of pins, etc.)...yes these were all issues we had between all 3 games...repeatedly...they got snappy and refused to answer us on the speaker...only stormed to the back of the lanes whole giving us dirty looks. I had high hopes as it was a Saturday night, so they had the black lights, music and all on. I've never tried their food or drinks, but I never see people try either of them and the food is VERY overpriced, plain hotdogs were sitting at $6 the first time I was there, so I assume drinks must be much worse. Overall I'm very disappointed with my experience, and my friends were as well. I had high hopes for what presented itself as an awesome night.
