The arcade games and play areas definitely keep little ones entertained, and the prize counter is always a hit (even if you need a mountain of tickets for anything decent). That said, the food is just okay. The pizza and appetizers are fine, but definitely not something you'd come here for if kids weren't involved. Prices feel a little high for what you get. Cleanliness is hit or miss--sometimes the tables and games are wiped down quickly, other times you can tell the staff is overwhelmed. Speaking of staff, they were friendly overall, but service could have been more attentive, especially during busier hours. All in all, it's a solid place to let kids burn off energy and celebrate birthdays, but as a dining or family outing experience, it's average at best.

From there you love on to room number one, which has a large slide, an obstacle course, and a large jump area, with some other fun stuff mixed in. Then you switch over to room two, which they can turn the lights off in and turn the black lights on. In this room there's a large inflatable that you try to run up as high as you can, an inflatable basketball area, and another large inflatable slide, plus a "wind tunnel" machine that makes hurricane strength winds, as well as some air hockey tables. After the kids are all played out, they are brought to the party room, where the staff handles dishing out pizza and cupcakes and pouring drinks, cleaning everything up, and helping the birthday child get and open the presents. They then handle all of the cleanup, and load all the presents neatly onto a cart and help you get everything out to your car! They do everything but drive you home! They also have a slideshow playing in the party room of all pictures from that day of everyone playing, and you have the option to purchase it. This makes the birthday process easy and care free. Pay the money so you can actually sit back and enjoy the party!

The course is a gem, but, when you pay that kind of money, shouldn't have to play behind people that have no etiquette/consideration for those golfing behind them. The area is in dire need of weeding and there is stagnant water breeding bugs that bit us the entire time. It looks like at one time it must have been a waterfall and stream. The indoor/outdoor carpet is wrinkled/ bunched/torn, in one place torn off altogether and lying on the landscaping stones, in general it is in disrepair. There is one line "fun" obstacle, a rusty loop. There are brittle weathered bricks "bordering" the greens but they are falling apart and are more of a trip hazard than anything else. The posts that mark the holes are warped splintered and decrepit wood, several of them missing parts of the numbers. I did not want to cause a scene inside where we dropped off the clubs because there was a man reading at a table and my children were with me. I did however call first thing the next day they opened and I asked for the mgr and I was told he comes in occasionally and my name would be given to him. I decided to call again today and the lady today was very unfriendly telling me she doesn't have a mgr just an owner who randomly checks in and she would pass my name along. She said the reason the prices are so cheap is because of the condition of the course?? She also said that "they plan to do some work on it sometime". She was increasingly agitated when I asked her name and process for customer satisfaction. She said they have never had a complaint so there wasn't a process she was aware of. Finally she said her name was Yolanda or Joanna, very difficult to hear her because she was talking so fast. I asked her to spell it and she hung up on me. Never going back again...
