You can rent the cage in increments of 15 minutes or pay by the token, $1 a token is 10 pitches. They have an open range area where you can hand pitch. The inside when you first walk in is fairly clean with snacks, drinks and bat rentals available. I can see what everyone is talking about in their reviews in regards to the front desk personnel (not the most out-going bubbly personality but she's there to work). It didn't hinder my experience, just kept it short, simple and to the point. Overall I really enjoyed the slow pitch batting cage.

The trainers were always understanding if we were running late due to our other schedules and would accommodate us for a later session when necessary. This was greatly appreciated as it would often be our situation at least twice a month. We had her on a schedule with hour-long classes once a week. We had a few issues, though. We couldn't skip a class when needed without still being charged and the sessions aren't cheap. About every other week, the trainer would end the session 10 to 15 minutes early. That's an hour every two months, equal to a full session and we were never credited or anything like that. We always called to let them know we might run late, or sometimes called with questions. But the phone was rarely answered. Then, walking in and seeing people at the front desk shortly after was a bit frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, just a few things that could improve.

Our first time visiting, our family suggested coming here instead of our usual knotts berry farm. I…read morehad venti day, on a Sunday, it wasn't busy but well staffed! We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.
