Went in for my Business Session today and I am OBSESSED with my photos. I was planning on purchasing 4 photos and ended up with 8 because they were so great. I brought two outfits in, and we started off the session with touch up to make up (practically full make up) and hair touch up. Jayme was throughout the entire process and she really assisted me with poses/smiles etc! Couldn't be happier. THANK YOU AGAIN. We will be back for my moms photos soon. read more

I've been coming to this location for years, last time I was there I went in for a new set of professional pictures and Steve and his wife were so helpful. They took a number of pictures so I could be 100% happy with the final selection and even took their time to help me choose the one. Well I really couldn't make up my mind so I ended up buying 6 of them :) read more

I was looking to have my college graduation photos taken and had stumbled upon Strike A Pose. It's located in Downtown Covina, which is conveniently 5 minutes away from my apartment. Well...I had my photo session today and I'd have to say that I really did like it! Jayme (photographer/hair designer/make-up artist) was really nice and friendly. Her husband/business partner, Steve, was very professional and friendly as well. I loved the way she did my hair and make-up and she made me feel comfortable during the entire photo shoot. Their pricing is very reasonable considering the fact that it includes hair and make-up. I'd absolutely go there again! read more

I was so pleased with the way Jamie and Steve treated my wife Renee. We went in just to get a few photos but they helped with her hair and makeup and gave her the "million dollar" treatment. And the photos turned out GREAT. The cost of the photos was VERY inexpensive. Great quality, reasonable price, and the red carpet treatment. You can't beat that. read more

Strike A Pose is absolutely wonderful! This cute studio is located in Downtown Covina. Jayme and Steve are knowledgable professionals that make sure you have a great experience. I have done two glamour sessions at Strike A Pose and they both turned out great. Jayme is excellent at hair, makeup, and photography. She also knows how to position you just right, so you look your absolute best on camera. In addition to their fabulous photography skills they are also very involved in the Covina community and donate their services to various charities. My mom & Business partner Dana Rosas & I recently went to our good friends at Strike a Pose to update our Real Estate photos. Jayme was very patient with us considering we needed individual headshots & some team shots together. She took care of our make up & helped us out with hairs out of place & really cared about how our shots came out. In fact, if we didn't find any we liked, she promised she would shoot till we did. Wow, I've never experienced someone so dedicated to her craft that she would guarantee our satisfaction. What's not surprising, is she didn't have to, we found shots we liked given her attention to detail & experience. We were impressed! We would also go so far to say that anyone needing Wedding pictures, Reunion pictures, Family portraits etc. should definitely check her out & her new studio is beautiful. Even our office at RE/MAX Masters uses her services for all our Realtors. She even donates her services to good causes when the community has come calling. She is the real deal, call her today! read more

Jayme and Steve are fantastic! Whenever you have little ones in a photo, it can be challenging but they both handle everything with fun and professionalism and everyone ends up having a good time. And the results are amazing! read more

Probably the most unorganized place to take pictures. Oh, and if you happen to pay for your pictures online to have them shipped they won't ship it for three weeks. For me, I couldn't wait after two weeks and went over there to pick up my pictures and asked for my shipping money back, and Steve was so confused, didn't know how to explain to me and said, "Well yes I understand you payed for shipping so would you rather have them shipped?" Obviously not because it took so long I had to go out of my way to get the pictures. To make it even worst, they tried to short me four sheets of pictures that I order which caused me to wait for those pictures for another two weeks. The pictures barely came in today 06/15/11 and these pictures were taken 05/14/11 on my prom day. read more

Had a Boudoir photo shoot with Jayme. I am a plus sized girl and was a little nervous going into the shoot just imagining that the pictures would be less then flattering. I was so wrong. I couldn't have been happier with the photos and the photo shoot. She made me feel so comfortable & knew exactly how to make me look amazing, I actually had a hard time picking the final photos just because they were all so great. Thanks Jayme read more
