They should know that keeping current customers happy is way easier than gaining new ones, but oh well, I won't be going back.

Five years ago, I developed chronic neck and shoulder blade pain. I was 22 at the time. After…read morereceiving an MRI, I learned I had a herniation at the T3-T4 vertebrae in the thoracic spine. I went to many doctors including physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, and general practitioners and they recommended a wide variety of options. At my age, I decided surgery wasn't an option. I tried yoga, pilates, dry needling, countless rounds of physical therapy, epidurals and while it all helped, it didn't get me where I needed to be. An acupuncturist recommended Gyrotonic. That's went I met David from Gyrotonic Fit about 13 months ago. He is truly a miracle worker. After 5 years of searching I have finally reached a point where I feel in control of my pain and have a daily routine that allows me to function at 100%. I am virtually pain free. David's integrated approach of neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release massage and Gyrotonic is unique and effective. His knowledge of the body and how it all connects is unparalleled to any other treatment I have received. I recommend David to anyone searching for stress relieve, chronic pain management, or to heal certain injuries as an option before surgery. I will continue to go to him indefinitely.

I have been seeing Bessie & Steve since last Fall (for about 8 months), at the beginning of an…read moreoverall wellness (mental and physical) journey. I have been going here for over a year for massage, and wow is Maribel amazing. She has the touch,…read moreprices are reasonable and she is also just such a nice person! I always leave feeling physically and mentally refreshed. Maribel uses a variety of techniques depending on what my body needs. Sometimes it feels like a more standard deep massage, other times energizing and other times extremely nurturing/soothing. There was one time when I had returned from long travel and she used "cupping" to improve circulation - I felt great! Most importantly, she always takes the time for a chat and to really listen about where you are at, what's been happening recently and ant physical or emotional issues that might point to what massage will work best. In short: Maribel is AMAZING and I highly recommend her services to anyone. She also has degrees in Chinese Medicine and acupuncture - my wife got out of a cast a month earlier than expected after receiving Maribel's treatments, and was also able to go off pain killers after her first acupuncture session (this was following major surgery for broken wrist).

I was promised when I joined that I could cancel at any time, and any paid for services are mine to use. Well I just canceled and was told I had 60 days to use up 5 services or I would lose them. My only option was to convert them to gift cards at a cost of $10 per card (!) and had to BEG the manager to extend the expiration to give me a year to use them. Do not believe what they tell you when you sign up. I would recommend using independent massage therapists so they are not being scammed by business practices of these chains.
