Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. I can't do all that but hey at 60 I'm doing more than I ever expected I would.

I came here last week for a trial class, and unfortunately, this was not the type of class I was…read morehoping for. I left after just two stations/15 minutes. I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.

The other members are very welcoming and friendly. The Coaches are very encouraging, motivating and informative. I have even had a couple of my friends join and they love it also. Adam is truly a gem. He has a deadpan, understated sense of humor that brings a lightness to class while still keeping everything focused and intentional. He tells us why things are done in a certain way, which deepens my understanding. His teaching style is calm, clear, and very accessible, and he's always watching to make sure students get into postures safely. His attention to alignment and safety is excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students' well-being. Even though Iyengar can be very precise, Adam makes it feel approachable and supportive. His classes are thoughtful, well-paced, and consistently high quality. Having practiced yoga for over 20 years, this class is good for beginners and longtime yogis.

I just finished a Pilates Reformer class and I was sitting in the waiting area putting my shoes back on and their owner comes out scolding her front desk employees stating that their Pilates instructor should not be mingling with the front desk employees and continued to state that if she catches it again that she will start firing employees. Mind you, there were a few of her clients/members that were out in the waiting area. How unprofessional can you be?! She couldn't keep that conversation behind closed doors?! Oh and that wasn't the end of it. She continued her tantrum when one of the member asked if she was Cindy (the owner) and she answers stating, "just email me." Did not even asked who is speaking to her and did not even bother looking at the person talking to her?! I was horrified just sitting there watching all this unfold. The audacity and rudeness she presented as the owner of the place?! It gave me such a bad taste of place!!! I have been in the Vegas fitness community for a while and never have I seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism especially from the owner! There are a lot of other places and competition in Vegas and for her to display such attitude, I will not be giving her my business again! I'm writing for few reasons: 1. Disgusted that this type of aggression and temperament from any person would be allowed to make a woman feel unsafe at any time inside of this business. 2. The male member yelled and called the other female member the B word and a Democrat over and over embarrassing her throughout this exchange. No one stopped him from yelling in her face. 3. The owners response was that she understood where he was coming from after speaking to him, however the female did nothing wrong to the male member for him to degrade her in such a fashion. For an owner of any business to agree with this type of behavior makes it unsafe for any woman or member of this establishment. The owner gave this member a warning only, which means all members, especially women can be subjected to this type of behavior at any given time. It is an open facility 24 hours a day that should feel like a safe place to attend. In one review you stated that you encourage your staff to reach out to security if anything looks remotely odd, yet where was security this time? My question is are you really going to allow a verbally abusive member to stay a member at this facility KNOWING he harassed one of your members. A side recommendation would be to install more panic buttons at your facility because obviously they are needed throughout the gym while dealing with members that you allow to abuse your other members.

The floor is filthy and management and part of the staff is rude and useless…read more I have to clean the floor myself before each class to set my mat down and the wipe (which I am simply using my own hand and a wet wipe, not a powered device) is black with filth EVERY TIME. I have brought the filthy wipes up to the front desk repeatedly, have talked to the manager, and am basically met with either attitude, like I'm the problem, or am given a list of excuses. This has gone on for months and months, and the floor remains disgusting. The cleaning staff does go into the room after each class, but they are obviously not given cleaning products to clean with, or what looks like black soot wouldn't be so easy to wipe up with a lysol wipe immediately after they clean. I've been a member since TruFusion opened their doors, and they used to be great, but since then it gets more expensive, and the quality goes down. We shouldn't have to beg to work out in a non filthy gym. Especially with what they charge for a membership. Our mats touch our faces, and the floor in the rock room is dirtier than if we put our mats in the parking lot. Called corporate multiple times, no response
