Both the classes and personal training are 30 minute sessions, so it's easy to fit the time into my day. The FitCamps target a different area of the body each day, like arms & chest on Mondays, Wednesday is leg day, etc. And the coaches are all great. They each bring their personalities to class and they know each member. I love how they will bring you a higher weight choice if they feel that you can lift more. I find this motivating not intimidating. My personal training coach is Madison Sandvig, I see her twice a week for 30 minutes each session and she always has a great workout ready for me. Because of her, I have toned up, lost weight & inches and have reached new personal bests! She brings the right amount of energy and holds me accountable, which is exactly what I need. It's a great community and I'm so happy that I found this "hidden" gem.

BEWARE of the Planet Fitness corporation!…read more I have never signed any contract with Planet Fitness and i have never stepped foot in this purple gym but they are charging me $30.31 this month. I called PF corporate office in Austin TX and they have refused to stop billing me and have refused to cancel the ghost membership. I was originally with TFF in Fort Worth, then they transferred me to Watauga, and now PF has transfered me to Denton County! PF states i must drive to Denton from Fort Worth to cancel in person. Planet Fitness has also refused to give me their corporate mailing address so i can send them a cease and desist letter. How unethical to slam and transfer memberships, increase the monthly charges, add on service fees of $20 per month, and then refuse to tell me their address. There is a good reason why Planet Fitness is hiding their location. My next stop is the Texas Attorney General office.

The employees are hired for nose rings and wild colored hair and not for doing their job or experience. You pay 220 a month and all they do is hijack you for more money all the time. They double dip once they sell you a membership with lots of features and then they rent out those features and amenities to people that pay more, so you can't use what they sold the membership as, a classic bait and switch. The pool is great but you can only use when they are not reserving it for private use and lessons. The pickleball courts are great but you can only use them when they are renting them out for lessons, leagues and other money making events. I always feel like a sheep waiting to get fleeced by the employees trying to make quota on revenues. Buy this supplement, take this class, buy this lesson, try then drink, smh. They create an adversarial relationship with their so called "guest" by using them and not appreciating them. You are not a valued customer, you are "Mark" that has been lured in with fast talk so they can get access to your wallet. Once they get your membership, they could care less about your experience and use of facilities, now they want money to buy the use.
