Pros: Class availability and sign-up: Easy to find class times via the app. I haven't had any issues getting in and sounds like the only waitlists tend to be for the 5 am. Good to know: This location does close early on weekends which is fine for me since I only have time to workout during the week. Efficient class time: they honor the 60 min which is great. Half tread and half floor and I'm walking out the door on time - I've been to other workouts that regularly go over by as much as 15 min and it's really hard to plan for. Good to know: You can be up to 10 min late to a class if something happens. If you miss a class you will be charged. Instructors: they're so great and positive. All three I've been to have been wonderful. They definitely keep the energy up and create an environment where everyone is welcome. Also provide guidance on proper form which is helpful. Space: Very clean. Showers on site. Everyone is supposed to wipe down equipment after use. Floor space is also clean and all the treads and machines are in good repair. Good to know: floor stations are close together so if you like a little more space- sign up to be with the group that has fewer people to start the workout, usually the floor since most folks like to start on the treads. Accessibility: There's lots of parking and it's a convenient location. Overall: it's a great workout that combines cardio with strength. You work at your own pace and it's a place where all ages, bodies and fitness levels can feel welcome. Good to know: your membership allows you to take classes at any Orange Theory in the country.

You cant access the class schedule times online without signing up and giving all your information to them. After a car accident resulting in a head injury, I self-referred to the clinic as I saw that they had a concussion specialist. I was so lucky to encounter Jesse and to have his care throughout my 6 month rehabilitation process, leading me to regain full-functioning. I hated the lazer. I hated the maze. I hated the dot on the wall. And, I hated the restrictions of basically not using my brain. BUT... I followed the rules, stayed the course, enjoyed banter with Jesse and trusted him fully. The words "thank you" will never convey my earnest appreciation for all that he and his assistant, Katie, did for me. In the past 6 months, I have run 500 miles and plan on running 500 more (sounds like there's a song lyric hiding there-- I swear I didn't mean it!) in preparation for some races I have planned in September/October. I've done my homework on running form, seen probably dozens of YouTube videos and thought I knew what I was doing as far as running was concerned. I have a tendency to start cramping on my right leg and thought to invest the money into PT to make sure I was running correctly. And boy was it worth it! Right from the get go, Jessie identified the weakness in my right foot and from the video analysis we identified the issue-- the weakness caused my right foot to compensate by over pronating while I run. Seeing my foot almost collapse from the pronation was both eye opening and humbling. Jesse set me up with a few exercises in order to correct my gait and I'm grateful to have come in-- I'd like to correct my form BEFORE I put a ton more miles on it. My calves and ankles are also grateful! If you're thinking about undertaking any athletic endeavor, getting PT is well worth it. If you have had a history of pain or injury in the past, PT will help you with form and strengthening the weak links and the energy leaks in your exercises. And ESPECIALLY if you have pain, they'll try to work with your insurance so that you won't have to pay everything out of pocket. Thanks!

For months now I have been working from home and been experiencing right elbow pain for about 2…read moremonths. This was making it harder to work and to do any daily functions with my right arm. I have been guessing my pain have been contributed by my work-from-home ergonomic settings like the desk and the chair height. I decided to see this physical therapy first to get their opinion if I needed to seek a medical doctor for my issue. When I called the front desk, she made it so easy to schedule and to check my benefits so I clearly understood what to expect for all my office visits. I was super happy I was able to get an appointment within the same week I called. During my first visit they recommended a brace different then the one I had purchased a week prior to my appointment. It's only been a couple days using the new brace and it worked and improved my pain tremendously. The physical therapists there were VERY knowledgeable!!! I also just recently changed my work space at home to make it more ergonomically functional for me too. This clinic is SUPER clean and organized. They truly care about our health and safety and take Covid very seriously. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone!
