I had a very disappointing experience with StretchLab Granada Hills. I work five days a week and only have two days off, so I really value my time. On the day of my appointment, I accidentally overslept but made an effort to reach out before my scheduled time. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response. When I later called in, the manager was immediately rude and dismissive. Instead of showing any understanding, she focused almost entirely on finances stating that my card would be charged due to a late cancellation. She went on to lecture me and even told me that my husband and I would no longer be able to receive stretches at the same time, which felt unnecessary and punitive. As someone with over 20 years in customer service, I calmly expressed that her tone felt rude and insensitive. Clients coming into a stretch lab are often already dealing with pain or stress, and the interaction should reflect care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The situation escalated further when she said she would issue a refund. When I tried to clarify that I did not want a refund and simply wanted to resolve the situation, she hung up on me. That was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This entire experience left me feeling stressed, disrespected, and uncomfortable. I would appreciate it if the owner or someone in upper management would reach out to address this situation. Customer service matters and this was far below standard. read more

Came here based off a recommendation from a friend about loosening my hips since i was seeing no progression with ratcheting up workouts lately They ask your areas of focus and get right to work and ask what might've caused the issues. First timer gets a discount and 30 or 50 mins of stretching. Prateen will make that time fly by, you won't even notice it's been an hour I came here thinking every movement they show u how to do it yourself but it's actually them stretching you out. Definitely felt tired an hour later and a cup of water was in my hand immediately I'll be back in a few months and hopefully make this a regular thing read more

Yeah the stretches were great. I remember asking to not create a membership, and I remember the person "was going to put it in the notes", but I don't remember who that was. This was back in November 24. They have been charging me 180 a month since then. I called to cancel, and it took DAYS to call me back, and when they did, they didn't even seem to be returning my call, but rather calling me to schedule a session. When I told them I wanted to cancel they informed me of a 30 day notice to cancel, and therefore I would be subject to being charged for another month (after I mentioned I called days earlier, the person said they would "look into it" and if I really did call days ago then I wouldn't be subject to the charge- but I will wait with caution). Be very careful if you come here and make sure you cancel any memberships. Tbh- I stopped because after a few sessions, it wasn't helping me long term. Just short term relief, like a drug that I need to keep going back for a hit. Strengthening the tight muscles, which can at times be painful, is the only long term solution I found that works, and it takes time. The range of motion benefits from these sessions don't last long, and you'll have to keep going back. Is that worth 180/month to you? It's not to me, and I've been unknowingly (which I acknowledge is really my responsibility) paying it for half a year. I got regular calls from them that I sent to voicemail, figuring they were trying to get me to sign up for more sessions- I didn't know they were already charging me. I don't like that business model. It's one thing if it's just expected for me to call and I never do, so I just get charged, but this place charges me actively knowing that I haven't been coming. That's a pretty crappy feeling as a customer, especially when it is not an essential part of my life. TLDR- stretches are 10/10 when you walk out, but the effects are less and less, like a drug- you gotta keep going back. But they'll charge you whether you go back or not, unless you actively tell them- I'm never coming back. I'm never coming back. I will however recommend this place to my enemies. read more

Kim is the absolute best! The stretches are amazing and keep me limber. Also, the Grenada Hills location does a great job with keeping up with your schedule, reminders and showing flexibility when necessary. I recommend this location to everyone...especially former athletes. read more

Disappointing experience with StretchLab Granada Hills. I have been going to this location for almost 2 years. I have been paying $339 dollars a month for 8 sessions. At the end of December, I had accumulated 15 visits and did not want to be charged for another 8 sessions, so I had my account frozen to catch up on my credits. When my account was frozen, I lost online access to make appointments. I had to rely on calling in to make my appointment. The only problem is they frequently do not answer the phone. I would have to leave them a message and hope they get back to me in a timely manner. Often times I would get a text message after 10 PM. Confirming my appointment for the next day after I'm already in bed. Worse, sometimes I would get a call back one or two days later. I was charged a $15 freeze fee without notice and when I requested a refund, they said I would forfeit my remaining 10 sessions. I requested a refund from their front desk operator, and they gave me a refund for eight visits and kept payment for my two remaining visits. I have complained to corporate, but I'm still waiting on a response. The actual StretchLab stretch was good, but the management is horrible and unresponsive. I feel shortchanged after investing over $1000 in my time there being a client. Management needs improvement, especially with handling client concerns. Avoid the Granada Hills location. read more

I've been to this studio twice, and I have to say that every time I've left it I've felt better with my mobility, I've suffered from past injuries in the past and have had trouble bending down even to just put on socks. I'm a really tall guy and that's saying a lot. The first time I was stretched it was with Pree, she assessed what my issues were and she focused on what needed to be done and after I felt great!!! The second time was with Kim and based on the previous assessment she was able to do some other stretches that helped out with my situation, and again I was very relieved from the stretches!!! It was an overall great experience and I can't wait to keep on getting some more done with either one, even if it's someone else I'm sure they have great people working there. Even the manager was very helpful and professional with helping me out with what I needed, I even came out on one of their promotional videos!!! That was a plus!!! This place is a scam. Great trainers but they force you to buy into several sessions. If you don't use them, you lose them. Management has no idea about customer service and will not work with you in making up un used sessions that have already been paid for. A huge disappointment because there was improvement in my injury. read more

I've been coming to stretchlab for about 2 months now. I can't say enough good things about this place. I initially went in with two goals for the year: 1. To lean up, to be able to run more often and longer distances. So I came here because I needed help with my hip flexors and hamstrings (in 9 weeks I've lost about 17 lbs with daily exercise and proper diet of course) 2. I've had daily ongoing sciatic nerve pain for the past 3 years. I tried acupuncture/cupping/massage, nothing worked! And two weeks ago that pain finally resolved! Cyrus is THE best, but I'm certain everyone there is wonderful too! He's really helped me become more aware of how the little things such as the way I sit at work affect how my hip flexors are feeling or how my TMJ is adding to extra tension in my neck and shoulders. read more

Due to 2 foot surgeries ( right foot) my poor left side of the body /hip has been in agonizing pain day in and out. The frustration, sleepless nights and pain starting at my hip, thigh and ending at my knee has left me in daily pain. I read a previous review saying stretchlab is great for anyone suffering from chronic pain así I booked my appt. I had my 1:1 and gave them a break down of my issues and was stretched like a noodle. I had a very good experience at the StretchLab in Granada Hills. Easy booking and payment process. They offer various packages, as well as non-member prices ($60 for 25 min and $115 for 50 min), and their intro 50-minute session is $59. The community room was clean with several tables. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. My flexologist was very nice, good energy, and strong. I definitely felt more limber after the treatment. A great concept! Highly recommend! read more

What a crappy experience all this company wants to do is stretch you financially their collections department is full of a bunch of rat. Bastards it's been nothing but a big back-and-forth between the store and the corporation they don't know what the fuck they're doing. I tore my Achilles tendon. Apparently I put my account on hold without any notice they start trying to charge my card the full monthly amount why I have a torn Achilles. I'm talking to them the whole time. Well, I have corporation breathing down my throat explaining to them. I'm not doing therapy, at one point I told him to completely cancel my account they continually like vultures keep trying to dip in and take money out of my account. These people are complete losers. Their dynamic stretching techniques and massage guns is what has me coming back for more. They've been having pop up events all around the community and the best part is that they're free to try out.
