Starting off with Candy she's was informative and very helpful. All the coaches are amazing so far. Anthony, Stevie and their playlist is LIT along with there vocals . Really fun atmosphere and they push and motivate me every time to give it all I got. It is pricy but then I think about how much my health is worth and how we spend money on other unnecessary things. Why not put it in what matters the most? So thank you Orange Theory ! I will try to continue to stay consistent.

Long-time member. Deeply disappointed…read more I've been a loyal member of this club for almost 10 years, and it's disappointing to see how little they value long-term customers. When I first joined, I paid top dollar for a membership that included the ability to pause my account for business trips or medical reasons which I hardly ever needed to-- something I specifically asked about before signing up and choosing that one package that offered that feature. A couple of years ago, they changed their policy mid-contract, removing the ability to pause memberships, even for legitimate medical issues. Despite my doctor providing documentation with two different surgeries, I was simply told there were "no exceptions." After a decade of loyalty, that response said it all. Over the years, my wife also joined as a full member, and one of our kids took swim lessons here for years -- which are not cheap. Between all of us, we've put a lot of money into this place. But apparently, loyalty and good faith don't mean anything anymore. Beyond the customer service, the facility itself has gone downhill. When machines are out of order. You should expect it will be for months at a time (3-6 months isn't unusual), and every rainy season the roof leaks -- they literally have buckets set up to catch water. I refer to them as the "annual rain buckets". The irony is that the owners are construction contractors, yet they can't seem to maintain their own building. After almost a decade and spending a lot of money, I've decided to take my family's business elsewhere. It's unfortunate -- this could be a great place, but it's clear they've stopped caring about their members.

You workout at your own pace, they are great at guiding you, depending on your fitness level, and every day the workouts were different so it was never boring. I always left feeling with a sense of accomplishment. I also liked the fact that there is no judgement! There were all fitness levels and all body types. The members are all so helpful and motivating. Definitely didn't feel intimidated like when walking into a regular gym. Overall, I enjoyed everyone's willingness to help, which in turn helped me build my confidence to keep pushing myself. This was a great starting point for me. As for the hours, they are not open everyday and the class times are limited, but you can take what you have learned in class and workout on your own.

That happened, then I was charged a partial for 2 months, and a full month again. When I called he was rude, multiple times. Told me he'd call me back, twice, never did. I was told I should've took a picture of the cancellation because the owner didn't have it. And that he couldn't do a refund because he works with a third party. And since he doesn't have proof of a cancellation so he can't help me. Such a scam. Also don't expect much from the owner. He told my oldest son he'd work with him before class, and wasn't there BOTH times. My kids hated it, hence the cancellation.

I've been with Shawna for 9 months and counting, going from working out 2 times a week to 4 times a…read moreweek. I have never had a dedicated and educated trainer as Shawna! I have been with multiple different trainers, but none were as excellent as she is. She is a trainer with a heart. Not only does has she helped me to lose weight but I have gain muscle. She has helped with my diet, stamina, and trouble areas! She will go as far as to make and prepare lunches for your specific diet needs. Aside from physical benefits, I have more energy and can sleep better at night. She's a great inspiration and has won numerous body building competitions, and is humble about it. If you're there to work out, she's there with you and for you. She has never left early, or called in sick. She is very dedicated to all of her clients. I am reluctant to give this review in the first place, as I want her training for my own. But to share this wonderful experience and amazing woman with others of our community in an effort to support her is something I wouldn't think twice to do. The owner of this gym scammed myself and the other members out of thousands of dollars. I purchased…read morea black Friday membership where I paid in full for a year- she then closed the gym down with 2 weeks notice and has not refunded me or anyone else, and is not going to. Further, the owner started a "Challenge" right before the doors closed, and members paid the fee for the challenge despite the owner just knowing that she was going to shut the business down. She also fraudulently was accepting payment for memberships up until the day she closed. After speaking to several other previous members, it is my understanding that this happened in both Pleasanton and Brentwood. I heard there is a class action lawsuit against her which I will be joining. Concord is next. Please beware.
