I'm 50 classes in and it's been a little over 2 months. I can't say enough, the teachers who lead the workouts all have a unique style and I have not had one who I don't love!! Point is. I'm sore. Ok so my dad age 79 was essentially bedridden after a series of hip surgeries. Physical Therapists…read moretold us to do certain stretches, but did not do really any hands-on help. I prayed for a miracle to help us find someone that could make a difference for my dad, and thank the Lord I found Dawn on Yelp. I reached out to her and she was the sweetest right away. She works with my dad 3 times per week. She has made an incredible difference with him. He is able to stand and march in place, even with a remaining leg contracture from surgery. With her help, the leg contracture has released more than we ever thought possible. He is really strong and healthy now. More than that, Dawn is an angel to communicate with. She's the highlight of his week because she's so sweet and empathetic, and makes the sessions so fun and enjoyable for him. She's a light in both our lives, and we are so thankful for her. Some people are blessed with different gifts and her gift of empathy and helping others-along with her amazing skillset and experience- is truly incredible.

They have a closed room designed especially for little ones where parents can go in with them, which makes it very comfortable for young children who are just starting out. There's also a viewing room upstairs and another viewing area downstairs, so parents can easily watch their kids during practice. One wonderful thing about this center is that the little ones get to explore the big gymnastics area with real equipment and see real gymnasts practicing. They can touch, feel, play some of the equipments (with their parents ofcourse) It's so inspiring for them! The younger kids, together with their parents, can observe and learn from the older kids. One moment that really amazed me was when I was downstairs watching my kids and saw little girls doing kettlebell exercises. I was like, "Is this for real? Wow!" They're not just playing -- they are actually working out and building physical strength from a young age. I also love how they rotate leadership among the kids during group activities. You can see the little girls taking turns leading their group, which helps build confidence and teamwork. Using a real gymnastics facility with real equipment, and allowing younger kids to see older kids train, is incredibly motivating. It creates such a positive and inspiring environment. My children absolutely love going to this center. It feels like both a workout space for children and a place where they learn discipline and confidence at the same time.
