My daughter Penny has absolutely loved her time here, but what has meant the most to me is watching how much her confidence has grown. She became more comfortable trying new things, more independent, and more confident in herself. As her Papai, getting to watch that kind of growth in her has been pretty incredible. The instructors are amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids, and they have a way of making every child feel comfortable, included, and proud of themselves. It never felt like Penny was just another kid in a class. They knew her, encouraged her, and made her excited to come back. The camps were just as awesome. Penny looked forward to going, came home happy, and was always excited to tell me about what they did that day. Knowing she was somewhere she felt safe, had fun, and was surrounded by people who truly cared about her meant a lot to me. Unfortunately, Penny is back in school in Charlotte, so we won't be able to continue during the school year, but we will absolutely be back for summer camps. To everyone at The Little Gym of Asheville, thank you for everything you've done for Penny. The confidence you helped build in her is something she gets to take with her long after she leaves the gym, and as her Papai, I'm incredibly grateful for that.

I'm already seeing progress in my muscle tone and strength. Highly recommend!

I found Cisco and Alexis when a friend posted her challenge on Facebook in the beginning of the new year. So far, I am on day 36. I just one month, my belt size has gone down 2 sizes. Granted that I have been doing this with very good portion control and other exercise regime but without a doubt, my gains would not have been as powerful without this very non-invasive ab program. I have taken abs classes that last about a half an hour. You do them and you are sick. You are in pain and it just hurts. Generally, you only are able to do them one day a week - and who wants to do them more? This program is fantastic. It is the right way to ease into taking care of your core. I look forward to seeing Alexis' face on the videos that get emailed to you each day. Guess what? If you respond to the email, SHE RESPONDS TO YOU IN THE DAY! I wish I lived in Asheville because I would be going her studio on the regular.

My posture has improved dramatically and I love my new-found core strength (with ab definition!) - and I owe that in large part to Alexis. In addition to being a super knowledgeable, supportive and fun trainer, she is an exceptional human being. Kind, smart, funny... I always look forward to my sessions with her. I'm 43 years old, and I was a complete newbie to Pilates when I started with Alexis. I really didn't "get" what the benefits were before I tried it, but now I can't imagine going without! Could it be There have been several really good people ("managers") in the 16 months we have been here but they seem to just disappear. My wife and I can live without antiseptic wipes, no hand soap , broken equipment ("parts have been ordered" ) or members who simply don't follow the posted rules. ( loud cellphone conversations, personal trainer music or instructions heard all over the gym). Where do we direct our gym related questions? Our biggest worry with no one on site and in charge is if there are quarrels between members , Who mediates those? There is a sign on the window suggesting a call to 911. My hope is that there will be some extreme revelation to the owner than the revolving Manager door is not good for future business and when you (if you do) find a good one , do whatever it takes to keep them.
