I've lost about 85 lbs, and added about 10 lbs of muscle mass. I have reached personal bests in Bench, squats, and Deadlifts in the 250 to 325 lbs. range. The place has an excellent culture, and the trainers are cognizant of your goals, not their preferred routine. There are all types, from all over. Everybody gives off the 'we belong here" vibe. It's a welcoming place. The trainers are qualified, and get you where you want to be. Frankly, I could have switched to a cheaper venue some time ago, but it's worth it to me to stay. I'm 61 years old, and feel great!

Supposedly this is eventually going to be addressed by corporate with new TVs. Well corporate is taking their time. Now TV#5 also has no sound, and all the TVs have a black frame around them (see pic) making them smaller than they actually are, which is a bummer. Not sure why this is so difficult (Spectrum has reportedly been there several times), but it's very frustrating to ALWAYS have issues with their TVs.

There was a small area with some lighter free weights and random equipment, and then the rest of the gym had a variety of more free weight, cardio and weighted machines. The windows in the back show off the pools that the location have, which during the time I went looked like there was a class going on. The bathrooms threw me off. When you walk in there are individual bathrooms for people to shower and use the toilet on the side, and if you walk straight it takes you to the lockers and door to the outdoor pool. What was weird was the camera in there. I have never seen a camera in the general locker bathroom area so that was strange. Even though the toilet was private it still felt weird being watched on the camera tv as I paced around the bathroom.

They have the basic equipment and there are usually a few pieces of equipment that have "maintenance labels" on them for future repair. The place is undergoing some renovations which is nice. Hopefully they will continue with the upgrades. The floor near the dumbbells could be replaced as it is bubbling (could be tripping issue) and the benches and other popular pieces could be replaced as the material is showing wear and cracking. With more people coming to the area and other gyms opening up maybe additional changes will be coming. I have the PF Black Card and workout when I travel so it is noticeable when you go to other locations that have more up to date equipment and amenities. Overall, this gym gets the job done. I will keep my Black card and come for a basic workout. The PF over on 19 seems more up to date but driving on 19 can be tricky so I will stay here for now. The new EOS gym will be opening up just a few miles down the street in Hudson so we will see how that gym may change this location.

The ones in the main room you may see one person on one of them, but the movie room treadmills are the main equipment used in the movie room. The last 4 times I stopped in to try and get a treadmill, I was only able to use one once out of the 4. What is the use in having a membership if the management does not respond to their patrons and you are not able to use the equipment you joined for??? I will say this... I never exercised & honestly just needed a change so I decided to try Pilates. Slowly but surely I feel like it's becoming my personality because I love it so much. The people at the front desk are all very kind, especially Julie. The instructors are all amazing, I've tried to join each of their classes and they're all awesome, and helpful. Pilates in the beginning can be quite a humbling experience but I think this studio is amazing. I started with the 2 classes weekly and sure enough, I'm at the unlimited. Im currently at my 12th class and I started really feeling a difference after the 5th class. This place is amazing, worth it, so happy I'm doing it.
